    On 5-3-2013, I purchased few items and groceries in MORE mega store, Bull temple road near Shanthisagar hotel, Gavipuram extension, Bangalore-560019. After coming home, I compared the rates of few items with the rates available at other shops near my home. I found that they've charged me more for few items.
    Roasted Bengal Gram: 500g: original price-Rs.37. More Store price: Rs.99
    Sugar: 1kg: original price-Rs:36. More Store price: Rs.59
    I have purchased 5kg of sugar and 500g of Roasted Bengal Gram.
    Please provide me justice..

      Hi,

      I purchased vegetables and a few food items on 15/08/2012 at More Mega Store in Jayanagar 4th Block Bangalore. I got it billed and the bill amount was Rs.469 and odd. I paid the bill through my SBI debit card. After i came i checked the bill ,then i noticed that in my bill Rs.196 was included for 5kg onion which i had not purchased. So, i called the store and told about this . They informed to customer bill Desk. But my amount is not refunded yet.

      Please do the needful and help me out to solve this issue.

        I visited More Mega store vadodara on 01/04/2012 at 9:15 PM and parked my vvehicle Suzuki Access at More Mega Store Parking and i left more mega store at 9:59 PM...in this period of 44 Minute my purse which was in locker of my vehicle was stolen and locker was broken.

        In my purse there where Nokia Mobile worth Rs. 13000 and Goggles woorth Rs. 2000, Pen drive worth Rs. 400 and cash around Rs. 3500.
        above all there were 4 debit cards, 1 credit cards and voter id cards and my photographs.

        I claim amount of Rs. 25000 from More mega store as their security was there and i talk to them but i could not get proper response and i think they are also involved in that because in parking its not possible for anyone to break my locker without securities involvement.

        kindly reimburse me an amount of Rs. 25000 asap.

        i have purchase 1 godrej 1.5 ton split ac from More mega store at manjalpur . on d that of 15th of may . when service person came to install ac on that time we find swinger of ac is damaged so i complained many times .. no one came to check even a single time .. so this is really bad for me as a reliable costumer of more mega store ..

          I have purchased a pressure cooker of Pigeon company from More Mega Store, R Mall, Ghodbundar Road, Thane on 13.11.2011 & when tried to use it on 15.11.2011 for 1st time, in its 1st spell itself, the safety cap of cooker blown away. It could have a major accident, but, Luckily no one injured.
          When I contacted More Mega Shop people , including Store incharge, they were not at all ready to replace this defective piece, nor ready to refund my money.
          Bill challan no. of my purchase is [protected] dated 13.11.2011 for total bill of Rs. 5656.00, including Rs. 367for 3 lit. pressure cooker no.[protected].
          They are avoiding to refund cooker/ money & telling go & contact company service centre. Why should I go, if shopkeeper is selling defective piece. If I would have used it for some time, & in the course regular use, if something of this sort would occur under warranty period, then it is logical to contact company customer care or service centre, but, for brand new defective product , Why should I waste my precious time & money (which may be more than actual product price itself).
          Kindly lodge my complain & follow up with More mega, who are not willing to accept genuine customer grievance & are delay-delaying it after selling the product.
          Please, raise the voice of Customer, so that such retailers, who always loud to claim best service provider, should refrain themselve from such negativity & harassement experience to consumers..
          Also, please raise the issue to Pigeon Pressure cooker company, whose product (very sensitive kitchen product, which may injure in a big way) are not at all reliable & they should do all sorts of R&D/ Quality control before circulating such essential home items, which are supposed to be used by all women/ men on a routine basis.

              I totally agree.Even I was cheated for a LG refrigerator from MORE MEGA STORE ROHINI.It was told that the refrigerator is frost free.But later on I came to know that it is not frost free.They are a big fraud.

                I visited More Mega Store located at City Center, Plot No. 1B3, Twin Distt. Center, Sector-10, Rohini, Delhi-110085 on 13th June 2010. Regarding purchase household goods. My total Bill Amount is Rs. 252/- and cash memo no. is[protected]. I purchased a Bournvita Five Star Magic Pouch M.R.P Rs. 138/- according to cash memo and they sold the Bournvita Five Star Magic Pouch @ of Rs. 137/- according to cash memo but the actual M.R.P of Bournvita Five Star Magic Pouch is Rs. 135/- which is printed on the back side of the Bournvita Five Star Magic Pouch.

                And also there is a totally theft of scheme which is mentioned on the rack where the product (Bournvita Five Star Magic Pouch) is displayed which shows the price of Bournvita Five Star Magic Pouch is Rs. 129/-

                After purchasing these items from More Mega Store I revisited their for settlement of my difference amount but their sales manager offer only Rs. 2/- in place of settlement of the difference amount which is actually Rs. 8/- according to the scheme mentioned on the rack and they disturbed my whole monthly budget. It occur me lots of expenditure for settlement of difference amount. Kindly take appropriate action in respect of my complaint.

                I also experienced betrayal at More Mega store while shopping on 6th July2010, I purchased two packets of Bambino instant Rava idli Mix in addition to lots of other merchandise of daily use.It is clearly mentioned on the pack"180 gm Bambino Macroni free.with this pack. I was not given this free scheme, and the fact remains i didi not notice this scheme while in store. it was only when i reached home i noticed that i have been betrayed by a store run by a corporate house which enjoys lot of repute at international level.It is not a matter of free macroni. the question. such type of incidents shake the confidence of a consumer and dis-chant the consumers to visit such stores again and force him to think may be the next door grocer is the best bet for him.

                मै कन्हैया लाल बोरबन मै आपका उस दिन से customer हु जिस दिन से आपका mall ( more megastore, Aditya Birla Retail Limited, c- 21 mall, plot no .94 AB ROAD INDORE में start हुआ है मैंने आपकी shop से आज दिनांक 30/04/2011 को 11.03 am bill no/ CM No :[protected] पर RS 2908.54 की खरीदी करी जिसमे की मेरी (तीन ) 3 TROUSER भी थी जो की People का product था जिसका एक pant का mrp RS 999.00 है मैंने ये तीनो trouser आपके ही shop के counter alteration desk पर देकर उसकी receipt 1935 भी ली उस समय 11.30 am हो चूका था और जब मै 30/04/2011 time 1.50 pm पर पर ही आपकी shop पर आया तो आपके staff का कहना है की मै कोई और pant पसंद कर लू क्योकि आपके staff के पास मेरी दी हुई तीन trouser में से एक trouser कम थी जबकि जब मैंने अपनी trouser की height नापी थी तो तीनो trouser मैंने एक ही carry polythene में दी थी
                आज आपकी shop पर normal days की अपेक्षा कम भीड़ थी जो की आप अपने CCTV कैमरा में देख सकते है आपका STAFF आपके special offers का खुद जयादा लाभ लेते है और customer कम ले पाते है क्योकि मैंने देखा जब मै अपनी पसंद की trouser choose कर रहा था उस समय customer तो मै अकेला था और आपके staff के 6 member थे ये भी अपने cctv कैमरा में चेक कर सकते हो
                आपके CSD MANAGER MR प्रफ्फुल शुक्ल! का कहना की people का product इतने कम दाम में लेने के लिया हमारा स्टाफ भीड़ लगा देता है और मै उनको खरीदने के लिया रोक नहीं सकता और जहा तक संभव है आपका trouser भी हमारे स्टाफ में से ही किसी ने लिया हो but NOT SURE मै आपको पेमेंट या दूसरा PANT दे सकता हु
                मेरी शादी को 6 (SIX) YEAR हो गए आज पहली बार मेरी wife ने मुझे एक trouser गिफ्ट की आप चाहो तो मेरी दोनों trouser ले लो पर please मेरी आपसे प्राथना है की मुझे वो trouser जिसका रंग महंदी रंग का है people का product साइज़ 34 mrp 999.00 है उपलब्ध करवा दे इस उमीद को धयान में रख कर ही मैंने न तो अपना payment return और other trouser नहीं ली !
                आदित्य बिरला ग्रुप जो की देश का महत्वपूर्ण स्तम्भ है जिसका मुख्या उदेश customer satisfaction है न की profit कमाना !
                ये तो कोई छोटा सा व्यापारी भी सामान के बदले सामान और पैसा दे सकता है पर वही सामान उसी रेट पर देना इसकी उमीद आपसे की जा सकती है !


                (staff के दुआरा अपनी working place पर न रहना और attractive offer product पर भीड़ लगाना इस से ग्रुप की image पर negative effect पड़ता है ) जयादा बोल दिया हो तो माफ़ी चाहता हु मै बिरला ग्रुप का customer ही नहीं fan भी हु

                  I would like to draw your attention on the purchasing of men's woven special capri dated 12 march 2010, while using the said item it ruptured on first wearing.The clothe used in manufacturing of the said item was not up to the mark for use.I surprised to know that an esteemed business house owned by the oldest and reputed Birla family provide such kind of cheap product to the customer.
                  I would demand the change of the capri that i bought.

                    Dear Team,
                    In reference of Above subject I want to pay your kind attention towards my complaint. I Purchase a brand new car (Maruti-Aulto) of white color on 23/08/2009 from Rukmani Motors, Indore and on same day I purchase a new CAR COVER from MORE MEGA STORE (Aditya Birla Group) of AKT Company its Product code is AKT Body cover B Silver Alto1580821. I took the vehicle at home and in night I covered it. as due to rain I didn't uncover the CAR for next two days. After two days when I uncover the CAR, I found pinkish Texture on whole car, I Immediately Took the CAR at Maruti showroom for knowing the cause, They (Maruti people) verify the CAR and told me that due CAR Cover the color of CAR got Texture. Th'n I went to MORE Mega Store, but the Store Manger was on Weekly of so I gave my number to his assistant he assure me that I will get a call from there, on very next day I wait for his call since 8 pm th'n I called him up. he told me that he will discuss the issue with vendor who supply the cover and revert us, again when I didn't receive communication I visited to him, again we get a assurance that they will in discussion and revert us. Sir Now I am fade up with this, My car is only 10 days old and due to this cover I have to spend[protected]/-, for getting off that pink texture. its my humble request for helping me out from this.

                      Hello,

                      Yesterday i visited More mega more at Vadodara (Gujarat) located at manjalpur locality. I purchased items of rs 123.58Rs. I gave 150Rs, in return cashier return me Rs 125 and 1 chocklate. On asking the reason for chocklates he replied that as the amount is 0.58 paise which is same as 1 rupee, so it cost me Rs 124. And he further added that there is instructions from the upper management to give chocklates instead of Rs1 coin he gave me chocklates.

                      This practise of your store is illegal. Today i again went to store and purchased bread of Rs 10/- I gave him 10 chocklates and he didn't accepted this...Why???

                      Kindly take necessary action against such stores (which tell themselves as mega stores and they are run by reputed companies by Aditya birla Group on whom people have lots of respect). They are using chocklates are 1Rs currency which is an insult on Indian Currency.

                      Hope to see some action soon.

                      As nobody visited for the demo on 24th, I called Mr. Dilip on 25th morning as foodprocessor is not getting switched ON, he told me that as the call ratio at his service centre is so high so he will be not able to attend the same and the call for the DEMO they use to attend after 6.00PM only.


                      I called to MORE CSD for the same and spoke with Mr. Wankhede in this regard, Mr. Wankhede committed me that Engineer will visit on 25thJuly till End of the day.


                      I was waiting for the Engineer till 6.00PM but nobody attended for the DEMO so I called Mr. Dilip but on his behalf Mr. Ali (the person who spoke with me) attended the call and told me that Mr. Dilip kept his Mobile for the charging and he is not at the desk.


                      After some time somebody called me from the service centre and told that he dont have vehicle so not able to attend the call so if I am in big hurry so I need to go to the service centre to pick up him.


                      Till the time nobody attended the call and requesting you to please do the needful for the same

                      It would be great if you could justify the least interested approach shown in the last couple of days. Expecting your positive response at the earliest.

                        I bought a Gas Stove from More Mega Store. I approched the Sales person to show the piece for which I pay the amount. He told me that they send Home Delivary from whare house.

                        When I received defective piece of the Gas Stove.

                        When I try to register my complaint they told me they are not providing after sales service. Even they do not register my complaint even today.

                        After talking with eight differant level of person they told me that after sales service provide by perticular company.

                        I talk with Kashyap, Kajal, Dilip, Rajnikant, Manoj, 3 other person not known.

                        Still they are not providing exact person to be called for the service.
