I purchased mixture pack and other groceries from the store on 26th August 2022, i consumed mixture and tasted bitter, soon i fall sick with vomiting and stomach pain. I checked the packet it was expired already on 13th Aug. Infact fresh milk packets were expired on 25th, and during boil they got spoilt and found in packet they are expired. Previously also i have raised concern on food items sold by this store, however no action taken by consumer.
I request Consumer to take serious action against the market as due poor and spoil food products can be life threatening.

It's been a mess of doing shopping through any kind of store through online portal because it's the when they don't respond to customer by taking their money in advance and when it is time for refund, they requested you to contact 3rd party app.

Also they had generated the invoice before handling an order to delivery guy. And invoice will be created after scanning the items, before that they are not even allowed to generate a bill. So their billing executive told me a lie that they do not have such products available in our inventory right now.

How could they forgot to send 1600rs items or they deliberately billed an invoice of 1600rs items which missing from my order?

How's that possible?

Even more store rohini has a bad quality staff where they don't know how to treat a customer.

They have completely harassed me by such experience.

Ajay is the one and person picking up a phone was like they actually don't care to address the customer query.

Even though they admit the same about availability of specific product over call still they denied me the same when they don't pick-up that product on delivery.

Kindly take an action against such corruption where customer has to fight with all emotions at one go.

That thing should never be happened to any customer, because they are taking advance first before delivering to customer,

They are marking the order as delivered before delivering to customer.

So customer won't do a complaint against them, won't find an easy way for refund.

A purchase was made on the 07/10/21 from your store vide CM no. 3509-[protected], Trans: 43964 from your store at KOTTARAKARA-691531. There was some issue with your system and my card was swiped thrice and as I was not carrying my phone I could not check the payment status immediately. I would like to inform that, i have purchased your product for Rs.1158/- at your JP Nagar Branch, Mysore on 30.03.2021 and i made payment through BHIM UPI (QR code scanning)

from my side payment was successful and the transaction reference number is[protected] but from moreside the transaction for failed and we return back their product on same day immediately.

then we raised complaint at our SBI bank and they reply us that the payment made by myself was successful and the amount has been credited to merchant account (More mega store) HDFC account number [protected]

and again we went to More mega store, JP Nagar Branch, Mysore and clarify the things and they told that we will raise the complain to your head office and your will be received the amount within 7working day, but till now we have not received our payment of Rs.1158/-

kindly solve the issue immediately and help us

In the box it was mentioned that shorts price is 179 at the time of billing they charged me 229

I am a regular customer of more mega store and had recently visited the store dated on 24/6/17 and someone had stolen my more jute bag which had my mobiles charger. When complained about it to the authorities (Mr. Kishan, security) no one helped me upon it.
So, i request that my loss needs to be compensated as the charger is very expensive (Iphone)

I nishant kumar contact no-[protected] residence of munirka, new delhi went yesterday at More mega store in moments mall in kirti nagar to purchase geocery items abd they charged twice i.e. ₹500 than the mrp ₹ 250 of head n shoulder shampoo.. i went on 13/11/2016 at evening.. my total bill was approx ₹5382. i request the authority to refund or adjust my ₹250 which they have charged extra.

You can name : More, Total, Food Hall and many more to name. Cashewnut for eg 82 rs 100gm while More sells it at 268 rs. Almonds for eg 125 rs 100 gm while More sells it at above 300 rs. There are various shopping malls in Bangalore and they have been charging 3-4 times higher than actual price. When we ask them they talk about quality or it is an import product. When India grows all the dry fruits why would we buy so high priced dry fruits. However, there is no control of government or department of fair pricing on any of the products in shopping malls in Bangalore Hope since this problem has been addressed you would take immediate and positive action in this regard.

I am regular customer in more kamareddy and I got a message for redemption of Rs 50 but while going there first 2 times they said me network problem so can't be redeem right now and third time one madam named kalpana generate my otp and I told to her but she said it's again network problem so can't redeem today also again today I. E 21st September 2015 again I went they said wait it will take time and half an hour I stood there and again a glad message came please tomorrow we will do even I called to cluster manager Mr prasad he also could not solve my issue rather saying me come tomorrow I am totally fed up with your service quality and my mobile no is [protected]. I bought Whirlpool Refrigerator on 25th July, 15 and they delivered it on 26th July, 15. But the Product Quality was extremely bad. The Packaging was even worst. There was a big dent on Door inside panel and small ones on font side of Door. I asked them to replaced and they replaced it Today. But when i received it, the Product was different what I had booked. I took off for 3 hrs from Office to received this Product which was again not as per standard. More is delivering Old, used and damaged Products. Just wanted to aware the customers.

I visit more mega store rohini delhi on 24 june2015. I purchase many items.My tatal amount is 4000 approx. When billing completed 1 item left without billing by staff. But all staff treat me as a thief .they cheak my all bag all item and misbehaving with me including manager.

i m sudhir kumar sharma, my card no - [protected], mobile no. - [protected] shopped for rs.20000/- plus i m visited on 18.01.15 at more rohini and ask for the gift, there they checked in the computer and confirm my id and bring RICE COOKER . then they cheked in list and refuse to deliver me and tell me to go MORE KIRTINAGAR, because yr last purchased is from there. 2. on 25.01.15 i visited at MORE KIRTINAGAR, there they told me that only DINNER SET is remaining, we can only give u that, this is yr choice wheather u want to take it or not. 3. is it CRIME to purchased from more kirtinagar instead of more rohini, both the store is not interested to give RICE COOKER, insted of costomer service they are using me as FOOTBALL. 4. please intervin in the matter and provide me the RICE COOKER. person at more rohini - supervisior at help desk, mr satish, persons at more kirtinagar supervisor at help desk and mr kanisk, i also dropped in the more kirtingr drop box. regards sudhir

Hi Team, Marathahalli - Bangalore more mega store is selling manufacturing defect spin mob from gala household products when I revisit the store by paying 500rs for petrol they refused to replace the product and also I saw that they are selling the same defective product with out any hesitation

i brought a set wet vertical hold hair gel in selves there was prices tag of 83.5rs but as go to counter it was sell to me at 88rs when i show the cashier that there is a prices tag of 83.5rs than i should get for 83.5rs as per prices tag in shelves

Stale precursor pineapple was packed When I opened the pack it was stinking I called the store manager to file a complaint and he promised me that action would be taken. Till now even after writing my mobile no no apology for stale products being sold
