More Mega Store — Redemption of my point

I am regular customer in more kamareddy and I got a message for redemption of Rs 50 but while going there first 2 times they said me network problem so can't be redeem right now and third time one madam named kalpana generate my otp and I told to her but she said it's again network problem so can't redeem today also again today I. E 21st September 2015 again I went they said wait it will take time and half an hour I stood there and again a glad message came please tomorrow we will do even I called to cluster manager Mr prasad he also could not solve my issue rather saying me come tomorrow I am totally fed up with your service quality and my mobile no is [protected]. Rs 50 is not big to me but it's the quality of services which I gone through is very pathetic
