Hello. I am the regular customer and consumer of Morestore which is in Banjarahills. On August 2015 me and my cousin were standing in queue for the payment as our turn came then that cashier(ANUR KUMAR) said the system is not working . Then later i said my cousin to go and stand in other queue but ill stand here only if the system starts working ill call u back here . Then later the system started working i called my cousin in queue where i was standing then the cashier started taking our products and was billing them then suddenly one customer from queue said something to that cashier in Telugu then cashier(ANUR KUMAR) suddenly just thrown all my products in front of me and said in rude voice go to other counter go your billing will not be done here. I registered the complaint against that cashier(ANUR KUMAR) at that moment but i don't think so any action has been taken against him. This kind of behavior from a cashier was not expected. If that cashier would have told me in polite manner then i wouldn't mind it but this abrupt behavior disappointed me a lot. Please take this complaint seriously. I want that cashier(ANUR KUMAR) to apologies in front of me for his rude behavior. I have also provided my contact number in complaint register . The manager said ill be getting a call by next day but till now i didn't received any call. I am extremely disappointed for the service i received. Was this information helpful? |
