Morning Star Travels — bus stopping for random. people on the way, but not for washroom break!!

Travelling to bangalore (Pnr 7837801), bus didn't stop for once for toilet break even though i could see big petrol pumps on the way.
Asked the driver twice, still he didn't. Did call customer care, but didn't succeed!!! It stopped for random. People on the way, but not stations for a washroom break!
This is very unacceptable in a 9hr bus journey!!!
