No refund / No reschedule the confirmed journey

I book the morning star travel bus ticket from Repalle to Kukatpalli which was scheduled on 23/03/2026 at 9.15 PM. Due to some uncertain reasons i plan to cancel my journey to 28th March 2026. I requested travelling agent to either cancel or reschedule to 28th Marc h 2026. They said they can not either cancel or reschedule the ticket. If it is not possible to cancel the ticket at least they can change our ticket to another date as we fully...

We r travelling from hyderabad to tirupathi and booked service.. After booking they asked to get ready for picup van to drop untill main bus... And during the course the driver number and vis numbers timings to pickup was entirely wrong we got to wait 3 hours before picking up bus... And river kept saying coming since last 3 hours and don't give proper information... Worst ever services also post waiting we got into business and by the time dinner lapsed and so called faltoo morning star bus services dint even stoped anywhere to eat and we got to starved. Iam going to sue and file a case against this service as soon as my trip is completed in the morning... Call me [protected].. Also no coordination between drivers and management when dialed for help evryone was very rude and behaviour is not good

    Persons from kphb morning star travels they are very bad at behaviour and also they are commercial they are charging more money for previous parcel and present parcel u should take an action against them thank you

      Yesterday I travelled from Hyderabad to Bangalore. I booked the morning star travels bus.(AP07TH7900) Mng arrival time is 6.00 am and arrived at 8.00am. my selected destination is seegehalli and they dropped me in silk board . First time I'm traveling to Bangalore, and I faced difficulty due to this wrong drop point. As a girl, as person who don't know kannada and hindi. I faced so much difficulties. The travels is responsible for this. Please take any action against this.

        Frequent bus cancellations, even during peak times also this is not fair, if bus got canceled in a particular day how can we get another bus and we dont get requested seats at that time

            On 9/12/2023 from gurudwara junction to yeeravaram at 1pm I boarded in gurudwara junction Details of bus : (Morning star Bus Ap07TM6869) The conductor and the driver behaviour is too worst ... They told me that the front seats are vacant ...After when I got into bus and paid them the amount, they told that the last one seat only left vacant rest of all were reserved... I pleased them for the front seats Because of my health condition...But the behaviour of the conductor is very rude and they left me in the middle of the way at Nad junction without my consent with a rude behaviour...

                  I booked a two tickets from hyd to Rajampet but the staff denied my 1 pack of luggage due to now space at bus which was used by other CUSTOMERs and they charged 500 rs to send the luggage by next day how ### acceptable thing it is, very worst service from HELPers/ drivers and staff I can’t tolerate this thing and I want the money which I spent for ur management mistake

                      I have booked a ticket for my mother from hyderabad to guntur on 12th sept 2023 in morning star travels mobile application. And the boarding point is nizampet @ 10:21 pm.
                      But the bus reached at boarding point (nizampet) at 11:10 pm.

                      The shocking fact is, the delay is not an unexpected delay, instead it was because of bus timings for that bus was changed and the same was not changed in the application.

                      All the bus staff and related branch staff were already aware of the changed timings.
                      But the changed timings were not implemented in mobile application and so no passenger were aware of those timings, which is causing a waiting time of 50 mins for all the passengers .

                      The worst part is, when i called the driver and ameerpet branch people and asked about the reason for delay, they are carelessly saying that, it was not a delay, but it was because of changed bus timings and asking us to go and complaint.

                      And the ameerpet branch staff and bus driver said that, they also informed multiple times to management to change the bus timings in the application,

                      but management is not doing so, without caring about passengers, which is very irresponsible behaviour and carelessness about the rules and regulations and causing very much inconvenience to all the passengers.

                      Please look into this and teach a lesson for morning star travels management for that irresponsible behaviour and for causing troubles to passengers.

                        Hello,

                        I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent journey I took on Morning Star Travels, from Tiruvannamalai to Kurnool, which I had booked for August 19th, 2023 via Amazon.

                        Unfortunately, this trip was unlike any other travel experience I have had before, and not in a positive way. I encountered several issues during the journey that significantly impacted my overall experience. I would like to bring these concerns to your attention, with the hope that they can be addressed to ensure a more satisfactory travel experience for future customers.

                        * Delayed Departure: The bus departed a staggering 1.30 hours later than the scheduled time. This delay caused inconvenience and disrupted my travel plans.
                        * Lack of Blanket Change: Throughout the journey, I noticed that there was no change of blankets or provision for clean ones. This lack of basic hygiene was disappointing and uncomfortable.
                        * Unpleasant Odor: The bus had an unpleasant smell, which persisted throughout the journey. This made the travel experience quite uncomfortable and unpleasant.
                        * Bus Change: To my surprise, there was a sudden bus change during the journey. Such changes can be confusing and disruptive, especially when passengers are not informed in advance.
                        * Late Arrival: The journey concluded with a late arrival at the destination, which further added to the inconvenience and frustration I experienced during the trip.

                        I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to challenges in providing an optimal travel experience. However, I believe that addressing these concerns can lead to improved services and a more pleasant journey for travelers.

                        I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope that my feedback can contribute to enhancing the quality of service provided by Morning Star Travels. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns.

                        I faced another issue like this..
                        I booked my ticket with "EB2016263" and my ticket got cancelled and i was offered last seat (or) last but one seat. This is not the first time it happened, and it caused lot of inconvenience to me. Now i enquired about my return ticket i booked with you guys and i am told it may be cancelled too. what is this behaviour from Morning star travels ? This is nothing but erratic behaviour from your staff. My return PNR is "EB2017742". I will wait for your response in a day or two otherwise i don't mind to spread this feedback and escalate it further. you should have empathy to address our concern. Cancelling onward and return ticket and offering something else is not a solution always. Looking forward to your response on this.

                          My recent encounter with Morning Star Bus Company left me utterly frustrated and bewildered. Just an hour before my scheduled journey, I received the shocking news that my bus had been cancelled. This unexpected turn of events was made even worse by the complete lack of clarity regarding the cancellation process and refund policies.

                          The abrupt cancellation of the bus was not only inconvenient but also a huge disruption to my travel plans. There was no prior notification or explanation for the cancellation, leaving me scrambling to make alternate arrangements at the last minute. This lack of consideration for passengers' time and commitments is deeply disappointing.

                          What aggravated the situation was the complete absence of information about the cancellation and refund procedures. Attempts to reach Morning Star Bus Company's customer service were met with frustration, as I was left on hold for extended periods and eventually disconnected without any resolution. This lack of communication and transparency only added to the frustration and confusion.

                          It's disheartening to see a company treat its customers with such disregard, especially when they are the ones left stranded and inconvenienced by the company's sudden decision. A reputable business should have clear and accessible cancellation and refund policies, ensuring that passengers are informed and compensated fairly for the disruptions caused.

                          In conclusion, my experience with Morning Star Bus never again.

                            On July 30th, Driver didn't come to the Boarding Point and told that Bus got cancelled but the Bus didn't get cancel. Bus Number 307A. I tried complaining to Morning Star but they are telling that fault is mine. But there is no mistake from my side. I was there in Boarding Point from 10PM to 12AM but the driver didn't come to the Boarding Point and now telling that he came to Boarding Point. Please check CCTV footage to believe or to know who is the guilty. Please refund the ticket amount.

                                  It is very annoying that without bus permission they are running the bus and troubling passengers. Before entering in Chennai they changed the bus and wasted passengers precious time due to which the connected trains and busses missed out caused lot of money loss.                                     I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore on[protected]. I want to cancel the ticket, but the cancellation is not available even 3 days before the travel date. Many private buses are providing cancellations for buses. Even goverment buses are providing cancellations for buses. This is completely unacceptable. I want to get a refund for the ticket.

                                      Initially i booked 10.30PM morning star service from Ponnur to Hyderabad.My dropping point was Professor CR RAO Road.After my booking is conformed. I got call from Chirala Morning star ([protected])office.They told 10.30PM service was cancelled.So, they provided 10.10PM service.But without my concern they changed dropping point.During the time of Dropping Driver and cleaner are giving reckless answer regarding Dropping.They Dropped me on Lingampalli(after 2hrs). I need refund for this loss.
