Morning Star Travels — delay in drop

Address:Guntur, Andhra Pradesh

When the travels guarantee that the drop will be by 8am for the bus from bangalore to vijayawada, the bus is delayed by 4 hours!!!

There is no charging point provided or water or apologies given to the passenger. You have been in the service for. More than 4 years and still have no clue on how to run travels. Your service is degrading year after year.

I have missed an important meeting because of you guys.

Need my refund for this.

Dear travel any how I will complain in hyderabad PS against this travel bus no AP 07 TM 6690

Harassment for money on[protected] for 1 hour bus left without me, and taking 200 extra Mr Dt Dhana and bus driver
