We booked Bangalore to Ongole with bus timings 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM and expected arrival informed as 7:00 AM with delay of 1.5 hours when we boarded. Also, But, the bus halted almost for 1 hour for one passenger which makes the delay as 2.5 hours.
We are going to our native bcs of an emergency at home as my hand mother passed away. That's why we booked this bus which will take us to our place to visit granny for one last time. But, despite of several requests from us we didn't get any proper answer from the driver about the reason of delay and even neglected our request.
We can understand delay of 30 min maximum 1 hour. But, how 2-3 hours of delay is acceptable ??
If I didn't visit my granny for one last time, does the travels take the responsibility ?? I can even go to consumer court for falsified information about arrival time given by the travels. I am expecting serious action in this. I am still in travel and if I miss the opportunity to see my granny, I won't take this easily and will make your travels responsible for the said actions.
Also, I am never going to book Morning Star and will not recommended it to any of my friends or relatives. Worst travels ever seen.
Also, we paid nearly 2.5k for two people and there are no curtains available in the bus (informed that due to COVID they removed and yet to wash them), no sanitizer available in the bus. I will complain about sanitisation of the bus to government officials that no COVID safety measures where considered for passengers safety.
