Morphy Richard — Food processor.....not able to use the processor.....

I have ordered Essential 600 Morphy richards Essential 100FP 600 food processor from flipkart on 24.12.2021. I received the product on 4.1.2022. Its not working properly after 10 days. Burning smell and smoke is coming while using the processor.. Its not grinding well also. Regarding tis I have raised a complaint for 3 times. But no use of it. Still im getting the same issue.
My friend suggested for morphy richard product. She said that product quality so good user friendly. So I planned to buy the product. But Hardly I have used the product for only 10 to 15 times from january. My processor cant able to use for 2 members family. Now think how worst the condition of the product. Really very disappointed with the product and service you have given. I had a very worst experience. I don't know who is responsible for this. But im very much suffered. Again I don't want to go for the service. Really very disappointed. Waste of money waste of time everything. I hope to get some positive reply for this complaint.
