I have ordered Essential 600 Morphy richards Essential 100FP 600 food processor from flipkart on 24.12.2021. I received the product on 4.1.2022. Its not working properly after 10 days. Burning smell and smoke is coming while using the processor.. Its not grinding well also. Regarding tis I have raised a complaint for 3 times. But no use of it. Still im getting the same issue.

Bought a Morphy richard otg from Croma on Jan .. still it’s not working properly the pre heat doesn’t go upto 230 and while baking the temp doesn’t go above 150
Have just placed complains n complains there’s been no solution to it
Every time he comes just checks no go and says all is fine but this same problem persists
Just let me know i[censored] guys can’t fix will trash all my baking is either undercooked or burnt as the temp is so volatile goes the way it wants

My Order Id - 168215 not yet delivered
Hello,
I have placed an order for 52 lit otg on 06th June-21.
Yet I have recieved no response from morphy richards on the status of my order.
The website each day says it will be delivered today... but till date no delivery.
Can you please help understand when my product will be delivered?
I called to bajaj electrical customer support but they also did not responded for the web orders.
I have also complained on the website 3 to 4 time stills I have recieved no response.

Dear sir, I've bought one Juicer Mixer Grinder through CSD on 21 Jul 13. After five day Juicer not working. As per guarantee card, 2 year guarantee has been given me. So I contact to dealer(Sec 17, Chandigarh) and custmar care, they have not given me satishfy reply.
As per guaranteen they refuse to replace it.

Service of Toaster

I have purchased toaster (4 slice, pop up) approx. 5-6 months back from Morphy richard. I have lost the guarantee card, incidentally my toaster filament wire got broken as bottle opener dropped inside it.
I have registered complaint in Morphy richard (bajaj electricals) call centre on 25th July (complaint no. 382780). After follow up person from service centre visited and taken the toaster to the service centre stating that the service changes will be approx. 350/- and it will take approx. 5-7 days to repair. The toaster was picked on 5th Aug 2011 by the person.
After completion of one week when the toaster was not returned , I called up in the Jagdamba service center and they communicated that the toaster is sent to company and it will come next week. I have followed up regularly for 2 months but still no toaster is returned. On 1st Oct I have called once again and also spoken to the person who collected the toaster from my house, they have sent a toaster to my house on 2nd oct. I have seen that toaster was not mine . On the same day I have spoken to the owner of service station (Mr. Deepak) and he communicated that he will send a new toaster. Today is 14th Oct and I have not heard of any body.
In the mean time I have tried calling Morphy richard office in Mumbai and at last able to contact some person (Sneha from Customer center ) she told that they will give the matter to Delhi office. I have got a call on 12th Oct from Kapil and he in turn told me to speak to M R Jha. I have not recd any update from Morphy Richard employee.
Now I have taken stand that Morphy should provide a New toaster to me in place of my toaster, this is company's services division fault. they should not have collected the toaster if the spare parts were not available. I have wasted my time and energy to explain the issue every time to the company and no result. For a toaster company has already taken 2.5 months approx.

Morphy Richard — Hand blender
Hi, I purchase one hand blender in Oct'11, and the hand blender rubber damage so quickly.I log a complaint # 471146 on 28 Aug'2012, however no one still come to visit, when we called to OM SERVICE CENTRE, NOIDA, the person in service centre so rudely and told us we are not here to resolve your stupid complaints. I told him we are getting current while we use it then he told.." ones your family member will be in hospital due to current we will come and check, we will not do anything till now and wait for accident. The way he talked is not acceptable at all, and the problem still not resolved.
