MOSL — pending my share transfer without any valid reason

Approx 1 lakhs i have total of holding value in motilal company. On 2nd january 2019 i had dispatched my dis request directly to mofsl mumbai through speed post with pod no. Ew[protected]in for the purpose of stock getting transferred from mofsl to narnolia. Despite of contacting them numerous times they haven’t done my work. They have failed to provide me a valid reason for non fulfillment of my request. They have hold it for unknown reason. I anoj tudu xkm576 [protected] request you to look after this matter and resolve this issue soon so that my dis can be executed at earliest basis.
