Motel Visava (Garam Masala) Mahad — service payment option

Today ie 27th december 2017, we visited to motel visava around 3:30 the lady on the counter was so poor in service... She was new lady... Even she was not able to take the order properly. Even she was speaking in very rude tone with customers which is totally wrong. She dont even know how to speak with the customers. How u can keep such a person on counter. Even in ur restaurant debit card is not accepted which was so bad to hear... Its such a reputate hotel n u don't keep debit card services. Plz improve ur services...
