Today ie 27th december 2017, we visited to motel visava around 3:30 the lady on the counter was so poor in service... She was new lady... Even she was not able to take the order properly. Even she was speaking in very rude tone with customers which is totally wrong. She dont even know how to speak with the customers. How u can keep such a person on counter. Even in ur restaurant debit card is not accepted which was so bad to hear... Its such...

Hi, me & my brother visited for lunch in motel visava (Garam masala in nh17 highway mahad in raigad district of maharashtra. We were served 2 packaged drinking water which mrp was rs20 printed on bottle. At the time of bill payment we observed that per bottle was charged for rs 35. I. E. 15 rs extra on per bottle. Below are bill details & gst number of same hotel. Also in bill there is no sgst & cgst percentage mentioned.
