Motherdairy.com — Purchase deep freezer under scheme, but scheme not yet received

HI TEAM,

I am Rahul Rastogi owner at Rahul Store since 1999.

We have bought a Votlas D-Fridge in the name of "Rahul Store" on 20th May 2022 for INR 28, 000 (I have attached the invoice for your reference).

We have bought this D-fridge with the help of Mr. Gaurav Sharma (who is a Mother dairy employee) and he promised some mother dairy scheme with the fridge where we suppose to get milk worth INR 1000 every month for the consecutive 6months. so total scheme worth is INR 6000.

He mentioned that this scheme will start from the next month we bought the fridge i.e. june 2022 but we did not get anything and after follow up he told us that we will get the milk starting from July 2022 and again he is giving excuses and postponing it for august and we have not received anything yet.

Would request you to kindly look into this matter and help in this issue and we bought this d-fridge for a cost which is higher than the market price considering this milk scheme only.

we are an old customer of Mother dairy and have always been getting these schemes in past and did not face any challenges like this.
