I am parent of Ayaan Khanna, who studied in 2019 session at Mothers Pride play school - Rohini sector -5 branch.

Due to COVID school closed in the month of Feb only that I can understand. But it’s almost 2 year and I paid for by child Album Rs. 10000, but still I didn’t received any album. Neither I received any Certification from your school. It’s not that I didn’t received album that’s why I am writing this email it’s because no teacher or school staff is responding to my call and school is closed.

I have number of Rajni - [protected], she was Ayaan’s class teacher and now she is branch head. But seriously she is not supposed to be.
Very much irresponsible she is.
She hasn’t pick my call in last 2 years and never replied on msgs as well.

My only concern is I want my child’s album or my money Rs 10000 back.

And provide certificate of my word as well.

I understand in initial days of COVID everything was closed. But now each and every school is working except Mother’s Pride.

Shame on this school. At least you should reply to parents and have to solve this concern.

Upon the approach of presidium gyrgaon, principal.i have invested step by step to a tune of Total 26Laks of rupees, as the returns were offered and were given for some time.from 2017 they stopped giving returns and the refund application was submitted in 2019, till now, i approached all concerned.but no response to give my money back.

Plz head office of the mothers pride or "mrs garishma" Plz provide the album of previous students its heartly request we already paid the amount of the album. And plz pick up the cl damn.

This is regarding Admission cancellation of "Reyansh Arya" in Prep class of Presedium Sector-49, Gurgaon.

I have requested an application on 19th March 2020 as per attachment for admission cancellation of my son "Reyansh Arya '' and following up for more than 1 year 6 months for a balance amount that needs to be refunded back but didn't get satisfactory response from School administration.

Earlier I was following up with Kanchan mam (working in Mother's Pride, Sector 49, Gurgaon) and met Principle (Monika Mam) also duing my last visit to school approx 5-6 months back. That time, I got the confirmation from their side that very soon we will get the refund amount. But still, there is no progress.

It is really pathetic to follow-up with the School administration for refund of Admission Cancellation fee.

Kindly help to look into this matter and help to settle the amount with no further delay as I am not expecting this kind of negligence behaviour from such a reputed school administration and wasting our time and energy.

Mother pride branch of Krishna Nagar. I admitted my child to that school in 2019 august in the play school . They along side the fees also extracted 7, 000 rupees from me for the child’s photo shoot . But that didn’t happened due to corona . But now the incharge is not returning that amount and talks very rudely . Her name is Garishma . Please handle this sir . It’s been more than a year now .

I have submitted the judicial bonds of 26 Lakhs in August 2019, to presidium, gurugram, thru whom, i have invested.for complete refund.
which, after submitting the originals, they will return in 3 months period, its now 2yrs, and they are simply saying, next week, next month so on.Its not wise to do this much of delay, and their intention is in doubt.i hope they will refund the whole amount without further delay.

I have done admission for ward in Dec 2019 at Mother's pride school, Indirapuram Branch. For that again some more payment done in lumpsum (in March 2020) totalling around Rs 35000/- whose receipt is with me. Unfortunately after that lockdown is there and admission not done, not even any admission I'd generated, not even any communication from staff after that in July 2020, I requested for fees reimbursement. Staff Madam Mrs Anjalee & Mrs Priya srivastav told me that we are in process of making cheque and soon handed it over to you. With repeatedly follow up, I got to know in Jan 2021, they both left job and now Mrs Jasleen will take care of this. I personally visit school and handed over one letter dt 3rd March 2021, assurance given that soon cheque will be made and handed over to you. Again on 22nd March I have given reminder through seperate letter and assured for April 1st week, after that again lockdown 2 and again a new face will come into picture. I.e Mrs sristhi, who again assured me that payment will now credited into your account so pl give your account detail and I do so. I have all conversation recorded and screenshot of receiving account detail in whatsapp with me and receiving of letters given with me. Now it is very shameful that again staff srishti and Jasleen is not picking my call from 12th July and now it is high time when water is raising beyond my nose. Now I requested you to pl look into matter seriously and disburse my payment refund ASAP.

I have visited mother dairy booth no 18842 alpha 2 for buying milk along with my wife in the evening.. i was busy with a phone call..my wife was buying the milk.. the shopekeeper refuse to give milk..to my wife and started giving threats .. when I apposed he also treated with the same manner.. what kind of servicing the mother dairy is provided.. is this the way to talk with a lady I am going for a fir against whole company if my complain is not going to look after..

I am a parent of Muskaan Garg. Student of class Pre Nursery at Paschim Vihar branch.

At the time of admission I have been advised that there will an album provided with a payment of 10000 (highest paid album).

Price increased to 15000 for that album and now they are saying that lower quality of album will be provided at a cost of 10000.

When I refused to take that album and asking for a refund then school is denying for any refund.

I would request you to kindly look into this matter and provide your support.

My daughter was student of your school in class nursery[protected] in rohini sector 5 branch m visiting your school from February for attesting my daughter document for fee reimbursement but found locked when I call to your staff they misbehave with me even she has no sense to how to talk with parents. The mail is regarding the grievance and duping me for about Rs. 16000 for the album to be given. As well no certificate of attending the session of ‪2019-20‬ of my son in your school.
This is to notify that i have paid your team 16000 rs for the school album in last year of my son who was part of your school class last year session. But there is no album given by the school management team. Such a big institution should be probably run by some highly skilled professionals but in this scenario it seems everything has collapsed or your management is least bothered to serve what was committed and paid for.There is neither the certificate of attending the session nor the album.Your whole system has gone into slumber to not to pay any heed to individuals who have paid their hard earned money to your institution after getting convinced with your overall so called appearance of processes school culture.But never assumed that such educational body has not even the morality of offering any assurance or listening the query from the parents. Then how and what moral values would they offer to young kids who had been lart of yiur so called MOTHER's Pride.THERE IS NO PRIDE...!!!
And more anguishing is that there is no communication regarding the same. Above all i visited 3 times at your ruined building of the mother's pride in sector 5 which seems haunted nowadays. There is no one to attend the visitors.Everybody is now out of their homes during pandemics and coronavirus issue is a new normal but your staff is virtually unavailable and have nothing to say but being just a nay sayers that we can't help out as there is corona. You people have taken money a year back afterwards there is no care for the services to be rendered against the same.This is highest level o[censored]nprofessionalism, corruption and cheating.I never thought that such a prestigious institutions would do the same as any other xyz organisation or institution is doing with the hard earned money of public. Kindly note that I want my money to be refunded or album within a week or else i will lodge an FIR against the school to dupe me of money, mental harassment.You people don't even bother to communicate with parents who have paid such a high amount for the services YET TO BE offered. Kindly note that it is highly deplorable that one of your employee Rajni, was giving us assurance of getting the matter resolved since last 3 months have now turned back from the commitment as evident with your overall administration which is so unethical and unapologetic that they neither contacted with parents to assure the delivery of album nor refund of the hard earned money of the parents. I am ASSURING you that I will take up the matter to every legal and social media platforms to ensure that the Cheating done by your administrators get highlighted in this time pandemic and it must come into knowledge of the general parents that how big frauds are you guys.I want the solution of this problem and need to hear from your senior team person. As well I want to give a piece of advice that never back out from the commitments which is the key to build a trust and a brand as you people have build. But now all seems to be falling apart.But I am quite sure about my commitment that if i dont get to hear from your team within 48 hours, the matter would be taken care by my legal team. My kid was in nursery class of mother's pride rajouri garden branch. For fee reimbursement from government i need sign and stamp of school but there is lock on main gate of school. When i dialled management no. They told now i am no more with this branch. I urgently need sign and stamp as the last date is near.

My kid Bhavya Sharma (boy) got admission in Mother's pride school, naveen shahdara branch, Delhi.

In the month of February' 20 school management approached me many times for school visit, after that one inquiry form was filled by me on their request. I was planning to take admission in the month of April' 20 but Ms. Surbhi mam, insisted me to take admission in the month of February' 20

Surbhi mam called me many times and did fake promises with me and insisted me to pay the following amount and block student seat as early as possible because of shortage of availability of admission seats.

I pay Rs. 19, 800/- cash on 15 Feb 2020 but she didn't give any receipt and then our bad days started.

After many requests she provided receipt on 4th March 2020 receipts number is 1319, 1329
Fee details
Annual fees = 6500/-
Admission fees = 2300/-
Student kit = 5000/-
Album = 2000/-
Admission form = 200/-
And
Tuition fees = 3800/-
Total price = 19, 800 /-
And lots of fake promises like family photographs A1 size etc.

She promised that we would get all the material in the month of March 20 but we haven't been issued anything till now. 6 months have already passed.
My kid is only 2 year old, not fit to attend online classes.

I understand that school is closed for last 6 months due to covid19 pandemic.

I haven't got any thing from school.

I therefore, want refund of money mentioned above immediately because I got nothing from school after repeated requests.

Mother's pride sector 5 gurgaon is not returning advance fees of rs.3000 which is pending till 2018. This is the amount paid by us at the time of admission. Instead they are harassing us by not paying attention towards our regular requests. Its being one and the half year gone but not a single money has been paid by them. We are regularly following up the matter with school management but their response is zero.

My kid avik jain was going mothers pride play school shahdara branch.in feb'20 i have paid advance fees with meal charges for 6 months.
From apr'20 onwards he stopped going school. I talked to head surbhi sharma there she said we will get refund of meal and she delayed response till aug.

Now school is email us like all fees has been adjusted wrongly and almost no refund is due.

I want full refund from apr to july.

Just to inform you, this is manoj beura. I have following up with school for last 12 months and still now not yet received my refund of 25000/-. Also, i have filled a complain and sent a legal notice to school last month and still now there is no response.

I am really helpless and secure help to get my money return.

Mother pride school, dlf-4- near galeria martket and now its shifted to sec-40 gurgaon.

I am father name " rohit sarin of my wards named yakshit sarin & bhavyam sarin, this complaint is regarding for misguide of school's official staff of mother's pride (Janak puri, a3 branch) in proceeding for refund of registration fees even after substantial period of time.

The mothers pride is one of the best chain in child play group schools in around india. But the admin staff is very negligence to perform their duties. I come to the point i was registered my 2 wards in june-19 for admission one is yakshit sarin, age 2 yr on that time and 2nd my yonger boy age 6 month and registered him in advance. And paid 10000/- (5000 each) but due to medical reasons of yakshit we can't take admission in mothes pride due to long distance from home and immediately we file letter for refund on 10.08.19 for both.

And school staff (Official person name : varun) said every time the refund will be processed within 90 working days even if the time goes beyond 90 working days as now.

And now the position is comes to know that they sent request for refund to their head office in few days before and now said the 90 days turner period start from now

So please take the action asap.

Just wanted to draw your attention towards the fraud deposit scheme started by the mothers pride school, punjabi bagh, new delhi in the name of good returns.

We had come under this trap and invested 7.5lakhs in the schools scheme and were assured that the mother pride school would return the interest amount annually with roi of 15%. During the intial one year they returned the only interest amount...

Mothers pride hemkunt branch raised money from me under there fund raising scheme and issued a promissory note signed by sarita sayal. But from last 2 years no interest has been paid nor they are refunding our principal amount. These people are fraud. I have tried to contact every possible number available. Tried to call sarita sayal hundred times. But that lady and none of her staff seems to be cooperating in the matter. You are kindly requested to take up the issue and help me in getting my refund.

Hello i have submitted a sum of rs25000 for the admission of my ward and i was told if my ward will not take admission i will get the payment back after deduction of rs 25 within the period of 3 months. When i called after 3 months then again ma'am asked me to call next month this happened again and again and this is the eight month i am still coordinating with you all neither getting payment nor getting any positive response that i will receive my amount back. Would like to know how i will get my amount back. Please find attached the details and let me know and revert asap
