Respected Sir/Madam,
I am the parent of [Neelam. Adhvik Prem Kumar], who was admitted to Class 4 in your institution for the academic year 2024–2025. Despite fulfilling all formalities and making the complete fee payment, his details were **not updated** in the Government UADAI portal.
Due to this oversight:
1. My child’s academic record for the last year is **not regularized** in official records.
2. We were disqualified from the **‘Talli Ki Vandanam’ government scheme**, resulting in a financial loss of **₹13, 000**.
3. For the 2025–2026 academic year, the government portal wrongly reflects his admission in **Class 4**, although he is physically studying in **Class 5**.
These errors have caused **severe distress**, loss of benefits, and confusion in his academic progression.
I kindly request:
- Immediate correction of my child's academic records in the UADAI portal.
- Issuance of proper documentation confirming Class 4 attendance in 2024–2025 and current status in Class 5.
- Compensation or refund for the loss of government scheme benefits due to administrative negligence.
- A formal apology and assurance that such discrepancies will not repeat in future.
Please treat this matter with urgency. I reserve the right to escalate this issue to educational authorities and consumer grievance platforms if not resolved promptly.
