Dear sir,

Just to inform you, this is manoj beura. I have following up with school for last 12 months and still now not yet received my refund of 25000/-. Also, i have filled a complain and sent a legal notice to school last month and still now there is no response.

I am really helpless and secure help to get my money return.

Mother pride school, dlf-4- near galeria martket and now its shifted to sec-40 gurgaon.

I am father name " rohit sarin of my wards named yakshit sarin & bhavyam sarin, this complaint is regarding for misguide of school's official staff of mother's pride (Janak puri, a3 branch) in proceeding for refund of registration fees even after substantial period of time.

The mothers pride is one of the best chain in child play group schools in around india. But the admin staff is very negligence to perform their duties. I come to the point i was registered my 2 wards in june-19 for admission one is yakshit sarin, age 2 yr on that time and 2nd my yonger boy age 6 month and registered him in advance. And paid 10000/- (5000 each) but due to medical reasons of yakshit we can't take admission in mothes pride due to long distance from home and immediately we file letter for refund on 10.08.19 for both.

And school staff (Official person name : varun) said every time the refund will be processed within 90 working days even if the time goes beyond 90 working days as now.

And now the position is comes to know that they sent request for refund to their head office in few days before and now said the 90 days turner period start from now

So please take the action asap.

Mothers pride hemkunt branch raised money from me under there fund raising scheme and issued a promissory note signed by sarita sayal. But from last 2 years no interest has been paid nor they are refunding our principal amount. These people are fraud. I have tried to contact every possible number available. Tried to call sarita sayal hundred times. But that lady and none of her staff seems to be cooperating in the matter. You are kindly requested to take up the issue and help me in getting my refund.

Hello i have submitted a sum of rs25000 for the admission of my ward and i was told if my ward will not take admission i will get the payment back after deduction of rs 25 within the period of 3 months. When i called after 3 months then again ma'am asked me to call next month this happened again and again and this is the eight month i am still coordinating with you all neither getting payment nor getting any positive response that i will receive my amount back. Would like to know how i will get my amount back. Please find attached the details and let me know and revert asap

We paid an advance amount on the follow up of mothers pride, sector-5, rohini, new delhi... For admission of our daughter when she was just 1.5months old.
This was a refundable amount just in case we do not wish to admit in the future. We were out of town for official work and relocated outside when our daughter was around an year old. When we returned, we requested for the refund of our advance amount. Its been 5 years that nobody is responding over calls and the school management is not replying over emails too.
Kindly help us recover our amount asap. Please see attached file for reference.

Mothers pride deepali chowk branch officials have done ghotala by convincing the parents either by giving good return for their money or by adjusting their child fee in interest amount as negotiated and given in writing on stamp paper. The stamp paper issued to the parents is in the name of sarita sayal (Auth. Signatory) of m/s mother's pride regd. Office, 11/77 west punjabi bagh, delhi.

I have invested rs. 2 lacs in may 2014 through cheque no 386020 dt 26.05.2014. Since last two years they have neither given any interest of hard earned money nor returning my money as i have requested on 20.04.2018 in written letter to refund the amount. But always they have committed to me to refund the amount as my application in process. I have made many phone calls and meeting with mrs. Smirti & sheen (Coordinator of this scheme) in mothers pride, deepali chowk and they always giving false commitment. No one from management side came to talk to me. She has also blocked my all phone numbers.
Hope your panel can help me to refund my amount.

Admission coordinator ms kanchan i was told that according to the policy norms i have to submit the fees before last date 28/2/2019 and if my ward will not take admission we will get the payment back after deduction of rs 25 within the period of 3 months. This is informed you that i resignation of my daughter baby rakshita garg at mothers pride rohini sector-5 branch since 2013 at amount on refundable basis. I gave written letter to refuned my amount on last year april 2018. But till date no cheque received. I communicate many time. Every time said that you request in process and i mailed again to remain. Now, last week communicated to school, she told me that you contact at main branch of mother's pride at punjabi bagh. They said also that school have no fund. She gave me a contact no. [protected]. But contact was not connected. I mailed also, but no reply and no resolution.

I enrolled my son in mother’s pride indira nagar, dehradun on february. Everything went well for 1 month. After that my son started crying while going to school. He told that the teacher use to pull his ears, beat him in his hands and sometimes locked him in washroom. He never used to come clean from school. One day when he came from school his shoe was wet and his leg was swollen. When i complained the owner she told that he might have dumped his leg in water and my question was only that where were your staff when he was doing that and why didn’t you just opened his shoe and she was unable to answer any questions of mine.. They don’t even have a commercial school van and uses a private van for school cab. They accommodate more kids than the space due to which kids could not get their respective seats. I used to pick and drop my kid in school by my own but due to rain i had to put him in school cab and on the very first day, school staff forgot my kid in the school.
And now i have taken my kid out from this school and they are pressuring me to pay the full fee before leaving..
I regret that i enrolled my child with mother’s pride.

Mothers pride school has cheated us on the sceme of investing.. We like others hundreds people are also a victim of them. They shud definately punished for this.. The head mrs. Shipra nijhawan told us about this scheme.. But now she is refusing to give our money back.. Also the sarita sayal whose signature is there on our bond not connecting with us. On calling she used such a disgusting language! These all are a group cheating people and they all are living their life to the fullest with the hardearning money of investors. They should be punished definately.

Mothers pride school, sector 6, dwarka

My daughter is 2.5 yrs old studying in mother pride dwarka sector 6. As she is too young, she can not speak fluently.

Staff at mothers pride are so careless that they cant even change the diaper of the baby (Even after complaining 7 times). Which results infection.
If we complain then teachers behave badly with the kid.

We send our kids in play school so that they can learn and been taken care.

We are paying such heavy fees and other charges and in result we get bad attitude from teachers and arrogant behavior with kids.

I feel very bad about my poor kid, i have given her a bad start of life by getting admission in mothers pride.

Hi, while this has happened with many parents in sushant estate and near by areas where this school sec52 mother pride was. They have run away with almost 20k hardly after 15 days of my son's admission and now not returning the feee charged by them. On follow up, they are not entertaining the parents. Some have filed police complaint against them also but they are shameless. They also blocked my email id now. The attached email i have got two months ago from their staff member.

I got my daughter admission in your pre school on 3 December 2016 when she was a six months old. By the time, she was supposed to join the school, i was moved out of city for my official work and we requested the school to refund the money as agreed during the time of signing up. The application for refund was submitted in the month of 25 July 2018 in your Rohini Branch and we were being rest assured that the money will come back by August 2018. Its being 10 Months, and the money is still not refunded.
Request you to please refund the money and share the status at the earliest.

Would like to bring in your kind notice my son (Riyansh bajaj) has got the admission in your school during this month and paid the registration fee 1500 and 15000 inr admission fee. Due to some personal problem in my family because my father has been suffering from heart diseases and no body is there to take care him. So that i have to moved to my native in himanchal pradesh.

We would request you to consider all my issues please refund my fee asap. We are in a urgent need of the money to done the heart operations on time.

I have left my job since 30th nov'18 as day care teacher at kaushambi ghaziabad branch. I have requested to local staff of that branch for exit mark in pf portal (So that i can withdraw my pf) and experience certificate.

It is more then 6 months but i didn't received any communication from them. Every time i got the same answer that "we are doing it or we will give you soon"

Pf money is my money but i am not able to withdraw. It is a very small activity, it will take hardly 2 mins to mark exit in pf portal and experience certificate will also not take much time.

This is for your kind information that my son studies in greater kailash-part 2, new delhi branch. I admitted him last year in play group and this march-2019 end he was promoted in pre-nursery for which i was asked to deposit annual fees, quarterly fees (April, may and june) along with book cost, which was around rs.24150. Earlier bhawana ma’am asked me to pay annual fees, book cost and april fees but later she insisted me to pay may and june fee also that i did.
Unfortunately, due to some unavoidable circumstances i must shift to other place (Badarpur, new delhi) now as my landlord asked us to vacant the room. This room was given to my father for his services, but he was died on 4th march-2019.
This is the reason i won’t be able to continue my son's studies in gk-2 branch and need to admit him in some other school near to my home in badarpur.

I requested bhawna madam, who is the branch head greater kailash motherspride branch but she has refused to refund the amount.

I have deposited rs 25000 as a token amount in november for admission my daughter anaisha at mother's pride sector 5 gurgaon school. They have assured me that if for any reason i will not get my child admission in the school then i will get my money refunded (Rs 24000) in three months time. I got transferred to other location and i submitted request for refund in november month end. Till now i haven't received my refund. Also the response is not adequate.
