I had paid 2100 token money in mother's pride g. K branch this year with a condition that the money is 100% refundable if you do not take admission.
This is the case on march/april this year. As my daughter "aishani singh" got admission in one of the school, so we submit one application for the refund of the amount and as per the staff my application is approved on july-2018, but till date i am waiting for the money to be paid.
I had visited the branch more than 7-8 times but did not received any positive response from there and today i again visited the mothers pride branch gk, there i came to know that miss sukriti has left mothers pride and mrs bhavana has replaced her. When i talked to her she total denied to help.

Respected good office, I'm J. Jayasudha and I want to raise an issue regarding... Not returning the refundable amount of RS 3000 collected by you... my daughter J.S. Aradhana was in your esteemed institution during the academic year[protected] and left your institution due to personal cause... And you didn't return the amount RS 3000 which is refundable... Inspite of my husband calling you several times we didn't get any proper reply from your side.. kindly do the needful..

My son did study in vikas puri branch mother's pride. This branch is closed and shutdown permanently and they didn't informed any thing to parents. Only 1 day before in night we get a call from their teacher that our vikas puri branch is shutting down. I asked why this happen and what we will do next and what about the future of child. They have no answer. They told me you can send to your child to our next branch pashim vihar. It's very far away from our home. How we all manage and how child engage with other teacher and students.

As a parent we manage and take this as new positive start. I take my child to new branch but their is no parent teacher meeting about new teacher, new school, new staff and about child future and how they will proceed. Teachers or other staff of pashim vihar branch behavior is very bad. When child entering in that school they even don't recognize or even don't say a single word.

Although we are parents we have to neglect all these things. When i asked where are their teachers they told me you leave your child here we will look. Its our child not a object we place and leave.

I asked at reception when we got the cab they replied we don't have any plan for that. It's more than than 7 days they are not able to make travel pick and drop plan. I call daily but didn't get any proper reply. Cab manager always ask drop me msg of child name, address etc.. After that he forgot every thing, when i call back again he ask me the same drop a msg... He is behaving like irresponsible cab manager for this highly responsible job.

I tried to call all the old staff multiple times in a day from last 7 days but they are not picking up my phone. Even not a single msg or reply. Many more things but i can't say much more because it might hamper my child. Please do understand parents view and take strict action against those person.

If any things goes wrong to my child mother's pride and their staff is highly responsible for such a irresponsible attitude.

Do solve my issue listed above otherwise i take action against mother's pride organisation.

I had enrolled my daughter, ashwika khanna, in mothers pride hemkunt branch in 2016 for the session 2018-19 and paid rs 6000/- (Receipt attached) in cash as advance. I didn't avail the services and request for refund.

I have sent email and its reminder also. Jungpura people say they cannot do anything into this. And hemkunt branch is closed.

Now no answer to emails. There is no proper contact number to connect.

I am writing to complain about mother's pride school, deepali, pitampura branch. I have my daughter named kaira satija (She's 34 month old) studying in class "pre nursery f". The day when i got her admitted to the school, i told her class teacher "neetu" that i had some reservations with how school handles children and she assured me that there is always school teacher and a care taker present in the class, so i shouldn't worry about my child. I go to pick my daughter up everyday when the school finishes, and to my utter surprise today, i noticed 3 scratches on her face, 2 on the right cheek and 1 on the left cheek. I immediately called her teacher, she came and got a little panicked when i complained about the incident.

When i wanted to hear in detail on what exactly had happened, she mentioned that the care taker and herself went out of the class and when they came back, my daughter and a boy were fighting, consequently, my daughter got scratches on her face. They are very much visible and she was crying on her way to home. Given the fact that children under 3 are not able to express much and need constant supervision in class, how could her school teacher leave all the children unattended. This depicts sheer negligence and unprofessional attitude of the school authorities.

I sincerely want strictest action to be taken against the school authorities. I tried to reach school founder "sudha gupta" but in vain. A request to all parents: please don't get your child admitted in mother's pride".

Dear Madam/Sir,

My daughter is pursuing her study (class-1B) in your NOBLE HIGH SCHOOL, GURUGRAM. In Oct-2016, we came to your high school for admission for Kavya yadav at that time I also asked about the CBSE AFFILIATION of School, then concerned person (Ms. Niti) told me they will get soon. As I am working in GoVERMENT DepartmentIn July 2018 for reimbursement for 2017 and 2018 financial years children allownces, I asked the administration department to fill the form with your registration and affiliation number. After 3-4 weeks in August 2018, I came to know that your school is not affiliated and I can't pick my benefit which government provides me.
I came to meet the Principal in September but I was surprised for not allowing to meet the Principal with statement that it is her first day but later meet in last week of July.

Then I have sent a legal notice for my loss and false information provided by you at time of admission, and still no reply for legal notice received.

Mr. Devender gupta is meeting investors and giving them false promises, and asking them to help him in selling his branches throughout delhi ncr. My daughter namely dhanya is studying in play in mothers pride school malviya nagar. Since april 2018.in 2017 my baby was study in mothers pride shivalik. She was well known every rhymes and also known english speaking.
But after admission this school my ward has forgotten rhymes and also speaking english. Her class teacher is monalisa. I have asked to send photograph each and every activity like food time dance drawing etc. But she has not respondant.
So i want to change the class of my ward as ms monlisa is not teaching properly.

I have deposited an amount of rs. 5500 for my daughter aarna makhija's admission in 2012 but she did not availed mother's pride's services. This amount was deposited in hemkunt branch for admission in jangpura branch.

Now hemkunt branch does not exist and jangpura branch is not refunding it.

I have visited hemkunt branch but it is closed.

Jangpura branch is not refunding as they never took it.

A co-ordinator was assigned to clear this. She called me twice but after then there are no calls from her. No one is picking call at head office. All e-mails are unanswered. This is highly unprofessional.

My kid participated in your noida 61 branch but i am really disappointed & shocked to see the poor arrangements being made in this show, instead it was more like a marketing show, it was dissapointing to see that there were not any basic activities, amenities nor any winning categories contest for the small kids, there were so many discrepancies and unfair thing happened that i am compelled to bring this up to your attention, best dressed contest was kept only for the kids under one year age group, whereas it was not mentioned in your advertisement post neither informed to us that child above one year are not eligible for this category & cannot participate in this contest, i was told by your staff aparna over phone that there are 6-7 winning titles like impish smile, most sparking eyes etc etc but no such contest categories were held, i was shocked to see that only one category ie for best dancer for kids 1-2 yrs, that’s all!!! No other winning categories were organised, why you guys have arranged this show when there are no winning contest, activities, basic amenities, for the kids just befooling parents & earning amount in the name of baby show!!! Why this was not mentioned that category for best dressed up kid will be there only for under 1 year age group kids, this is very unfair for those parents who have put so much of their previous time & efforts to turn up for this show & groomed their kids perfectly to win some cute winning categories or title atleast to keep them bit motivated even if they don’t win atleast some winning contest or small activities should have been planned or arranged to keep the kids encouraged & engaged but nothing was there as such, apart from just 1- 2 winning title!! The show was totally a monotonous show, the speaker/ coordinator was unenthusiastic and lacked zeal & energy to organise some interesting activities for the kids, secondly, there was no water, coffee or tea offered to the parents forget about us we can still manage but how could you guys be so unconcerned towards kids neither any snacks/ refreshments were arranged for small kids, nor any fruit drinks or juices kept for small children, you guys have charged rs 200 from each parents so can’t you afford to purchase or arrange some light snacks or drinks like some juice or frooti for small
Kids?? This could have hardly costed you rs 20 per child atleast our child wouldn’t have starved & suffered if you guys have kept some refreshments for them, the baby show was organised in basement hall where there was no ac that too in such a hot humid climate, kids were so uncomfortable due to humidity and heat, parents & kids were sweating so badly, this was completely a # show, never imagined such type of poor arrangements & degrading services from a esteemed institute like “ mother’s pride” moreover i was extremely shocked to see that small packets of popcorns were kept for small babies & kids do you know that popcorns are the biggest choking hazard for the child till 2 yrs of age, this is how you guys build the foundation of the child you know! How could you compromise with the safety and comfort of the child? This is just not acceptable at all! Also the participation gifts which were given to the kids most of these were broken and used one!!! When opened the participation gift found that there was finger size teddy bear whose eyes were missing and it was packed without quality check and i had also shown to the front desk ladies though it was replaced with some used toy, this is what you guys are teaching or doing in the name of baby shows & fooling around parents and wasting their money, time & effort into such silly money making shows also the kid’s washrooms were so dirty and unhygienic i really failed to understand that there were 7-8 housekeeping maids just standing & roaming around freely but none of them felt concerned to clean the area!! Really i didn’t expect such sort of degrading honours for the parents & kids! Top of this irony, the hocusphocus your photographer partner are doing marketing business openly & unprifessional behaviour, such a fraudulent & unfair act they were doing in the name of baby trade show, they kept me waiting for almost 2 hours for the shoot they gave preference to those parents who had given more amount for the multiple shoots and for frames they were called first for the shoot, so it was completely a business show, parents were charged rs 500 for the one shoot that was in the name of “most photogenic baby contest” that also they will not provide soft copy of the photo only soft copy of very low resolution or lower quality can be obtained so this is highly unfair acts! How you guys are promoting such disgraceful & unfair practices in the name of baby show, what you think parents are the atm or money making machine, you guys have sold your ethics & values! There was one doctor assessment round it was very shocking as i want to know the credentials of that lady who was acting like a doctor or some fake doctor was appointed, when i questioned her about some vaccination details for 2 year kid she could not able to reply she doesn’t even know the list of mandatory vaccinations which are there for children so pls do not fool parents again in the name of doctors checkup round it was very hilarious to meet such type of doctors who have knowledge on basic things only keep to take weight of the kids, four hours in this silly show is not worth spending it, moreover it made me feel like cheated and so terrified by the arrangements that i would never recommend to any parents to participate in such cheap business shows, so kindly follow right practices, keep transparency & basic gestures, else how will you impart or build basic foundation in children when you guys have failed to built it correctly, really a very discouraging & horrible experience overall!! If such unfair things continues than the image & recognition will be faded soon!
Hope my feedback will be taken seriously to avoid another similar mail like this!

I have a complaint regarding school head name deepti (Branch head of punjabi bagh) she is always misbehaving & she always breake commitment and she is very rude mishbehaving, saying me, you are crossing your limit and in fact she is doing misbehave with me i am asking for my refund of my payment and she started shouting like hell. I am very dissatisfied from her behaviour this type of teachers are not good for the organisation i want to file compliant against if your school doesn’t take action then i have to go to higher authority

I have taken admission of my child in mother's pride munirka in november and i have been said that the total pre-nursery fee is 28000 in starting including all charges+ three months fee (April may june) so i have paid 11000 as an advance fee and been said to pay rest of fee 17000 in april but when i went to pay the rest of fee on 2 april there was a huge queue me and my husband both are working so we were rushing for office so i have told to the reception to pay it later after that we went on 13 april to pay the amount but now thay have increased the fee in 10 days. For the same session and same class, same branch school my friend poonam sharma is paying 28000 and i have to pay around 31000 its wrong.
Kindly sort out the matter.

This is the concern related to mother's pride a-block janak puri administration. A very serious incident we want to share with you all. A fashion show happened last saturday (03/02/2018) in the school, our daughter tejal sharma (Class pn-a) also took part in the competition. No wonder tejal sharma performed brilliantly in the competition. After the competition got over, we got the calls from tejal's class teachers ms. Shefali and ms. Priyanka simultaneously, saying tejal has won the fashion show competition and the miss mother's pride janak puri title too. Later they told, tejal will be representing mother's pride janak puri in the annual day event of mother's pride to compete for the title of ms. Mother's pride (Delhi). We were very happy with this achievement of tejal sharma; obviously it is a great title achievement being in to mother's pride. Now the twist comes into the whole story, sunday, monday went as usual, then on tuesday i. E. 06/02/2018, we got a call from tejal's class teacher ms. Shefali, saying tejal sharma stands runner up now, she has not won the miss mother's pride janak puri title. This was shocking news for us; you can understand what will be our situation. We got furious; then we called hod of mother's pride janak puri ms. Aparna jha to put this matter into her knowledge. Now a new cooked story, hod says tejal sharma won the fashion show competition happened on 03/02/2018, but with overall point scenario combinations in a year, mother's pride janak puri title goes to some other girl named naisha nagpal. The fishy part in the incident is that, hod is saying fashion show winner was decided on monday and the mother’s pride janak puri winner was decided on saturday itself. When we confronted her, if for the ms. Mother’s pride title you look for the points in all events in a year, then how can you decide the mother’s pride title saturday itself, when you decided the fashion show competition winner on coming monday, she suddenly changed her instance, saying tejal sharma is runner up in fashion show competition too. We are now in an awkward situation. Don’t know how to react.
We are seriously sensing something very strange in this. There is some hidden part of the story. This was not expected from an esteemed institution like mother’s pride. Please take a prompt step into this matter. We are hoping tejal sharma will get justice.

I, mukul gupta paid token admission fee of rs. 1500 on 26/06/2016 to mothers pride school, kalyan vihar branch, delhi-110009.
At the time of submission, i was promised that this is just a token money and i will receive entire amount as refund in case i don’t opt for admission.
Since then i have submitted multiple applications for refund of admission fees of rs. 1500/- and still after more than a year i have not received the refund.

I, pankaj thareja paid token admission fee of Rs. 1500 on 22/5/2014 to Mothers Pride school, sector 5, rohini, delhi.

I had opted to admit my child in nursery. Even she completed her pre-nursery from mothers pride sec 5 school only. But due to some personal reason i could not continue the admission in nursery in presidium (Mothers pride). But as i had already booked the admission so i had already paid all the admission and miscellaneous fees.
At the time of admission i already told to the counselor that i may have to change my location so maybe i have to cancel the admission. So what would be the cancellation charges? She told me it would be only 1000 or 2000. Remaining will be returned. I trust her verbally so preceded with the admission. The counselor lies to me on that day. When i actually cancelled then they told some admission fees won’t be returned and remaining amount will be returned. What can i do against such school gang. Every school is big liar in these days. I accepted their new statement as well. Now i asked when i will get my money. They told you will get by july 2017.
Now it’s been august 2017 but they have not refunded my money at all. Even i had paid for the magazine as well and they have not given my child’s magazine till now. Even they had one event where they asked us to bought radha dress for our daughter from school for some event. We took that but it was so bad quality and not stitched at many places.co-coordinator apologized for that and told us that they will return and give us new one. But they have neither returned its money nor gave any new dress.
My one of the frustration with this school is that the sector 5 mothers pride admin/finance department is very lazy. I had faced lots of challenges with them during the tenure as well. But i always ignored that. Now i am getting no option but to go for consumer court for this. I need help to get my money back asap and get the album and other pending items from school. I am putting all these information on websites as well just in some positive hope and let others get aware of bad management of this school.

NY son is studying in mothers pride school Ranaji enclave Delhi. At the time of admission they committed that they will provide a good exposure to child and for that annual day celebration is organised every year in Siri fort auditorium . but without informing us they cancelled annual day.. And when I asked them why they don't have answer for it. Because of Mother s prides good exposure we admitted our son in this school, rest there are lots of schools who provide same facility bit cost less.
Today we are feeling as if we are cheated.
At the time of admission itself we asked the staff whether there is any difference between a franchise or branch they said both provide the same facility but in reality the don't.
Franchise is a namesake they don't even maintain the quality and safety as well.

Please let me know how my son can participate in annual function or let me know where should I go to take it forward.

My kid took part in Annual day function organised by mother pride where a video was made for his presentation. Now after few days we got a call and message that there is a compettion purely based on candidates performance in which if candidate get 1lakh views they will award gift of 25 k . The compettion was organised by HOCUSPOCUS authorised agency for conducting photoshoot for motherpride. Yesterday i got a call from someone stating that he is callong from hocupocus and if we agree to pay around 25k hocupocus will get 1lkh views for our kid and our kid will gain fam and will win the contest. If like this way schools are promoting compettions only people who have lot of money can have there child win all contest but other side parents who are somehow managung fees and sending there kids to school and there kid is also good in acedemics and extra curiculam acitivites but unable to pay bribe will be left out. I will definetely take this up to higher authorities in media and education department.

My son is studying in Motherspride Paschim Vihar Branch. I have paid the entire one year fees including everything tution fees, meals, books etc.
I have paid for whole year books set for Pre-Nursery & now branch is asking to pay Rs. 800/- more for the books, stating that these are new books. When we already paid the books fees for whole year than why they are asking us to pay more now. They have not given any break up as such earlier that these books are included or these are excluded. This is completely unacceptable, all books have to be provided in the cost which we already paid for the whole year book set.

They are cheating parents for asking to pay more & more money again & again in the middle of session

Also, when I mentioned this that I will make complaint against this, I get the answer we take our decision & we are not covered or govern by any government

I would like to inform you that Ms. Sonia of Deepali pitampura branch while knowing that we have already deposited a booking amount of Rs. 1500/- at rohini sec-5 branch, insisted and suggested us to deposit the same with there branch ( we deposited 1500/- there also on 16/8/2016, admn no. MPD[protected]) and both will be clubbed as they have common software. she said u can take admission in any of the branch. She also said u can complete your Booking by depositing balance Rs. 2000/- required for booking. And In case of cancellation we will refund u 4500/- after deducting Rs. 500/-.

Now today when i approached the deepali pitampura branch, Ms.Sonia [protected] and Ms.Ritika from HO, they stat-away refused that both the booking will be dealt separately.

This is at all cheating. They are cheaters...
They are doing chor bazaari...

Kindly suggest what to do further ?? as I want my money back.
