The concern,
I have admitted my 2 yr old child, aadhish choudhary in mothers pride shastri nagar branch in the previous month only.

I am very much disappointed with the staff of your branch at shastri nagar, at the time of admission lot of promises had been made that extra care would be provided to your child because he is the youngest child in school. But all those false commitments unveils in just few weeks.

When my child returned from school on 6th may 2016, my wife had noticed sever bitten marks on his cheek. Soon after she got the call from school, which is nothing but filled with excuses and apologies.

My point is that - if you people don't have the required infra and resources then why you damned made the false promises & assurances to parents.

You people need to seriously look into this, investigate the proper root cause otherwise there is huge risk developing in your premises.

I had paid money for Album, Photograph CD, and Annual Day DVD. Along with this i was suppose to get 2 framed photographs of my kid. Management is so worthless that they didnt even revert to me inspite of me following up so many times with them.
I was suppose to get all the things in July 2015. They didnt have all the things with them as they didnt know that they had to prepare Framed photographs and i paid for CD also. Hopeless management in MUnirka mothers pride. After N number of follow ups and shouting they said the stuff is ready.
I went to their branch on 11th Jan and found that the CD and pics were still missing. and the album was useless as duplication of photographs was there just to meet the number of the pics. I was been assured that the CD, framed pics and new album will be available soon. It was not available even 2 months after that. Today i got the stuff delivered to me and they have sent me the old album, and pics are just print outs and not framed. Moreover they have printed incorrect pictures.
I get my stuff 9 months later than the expected time and that too incorrect,
I would not suggest anyone to go for the album etc from Mother Pride and infact i would suggest that go for any other Play school other than MOthers Pride. There is nothing unique in mothers pride... and the management is hopeless and worthless...
I[censored] as a parent are strong then your child will end up participating in everything. But u as a parent do not say anything then your child will miss on most of things. They even play around with the results of the different so called competitions they conduct in the school.
They should refund my money for album or change it immediately

I, Jatin Agarwal paid token admission fee of Rs. 1500 on 22/10/2014 to Mothers Pride school, 11/77, West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi – 110026.
At the time of submission, I was promised that this is just a token money and I will receive entire amount as refund in case I don’t opt for admission.
Since then I have submitted multiple applications for refund of admission fees of Rs. 1500/- and still after more than a year I have not received the refund.

Hi I am having ICICI ccard Today i visited sector 5 gurgaon Mothers pride school for submite the schopol fee for my daughter .Thay are asking 2% .In past they have charged two % extra on the same CC but at that time i am not aware .Few days back i saw the news in Zee TV in whcih clearly mentioned that they cant charge 2% extra.

My kid 'ansh verma' has taken admission in mothers pride, sec 51, gurgaon in pre nursery - a for 2014 - 15 session.

We have been counselled by swati and school principal anjali on 15 dec 2014 baby show organized by school. And have been offered 50% discount on fees, if paid 25000 / - to book presidium seat. Also been told clearly that 15000 / - is refundable out of 25000 / - whenever we want and not opt the seat in future.
We also have written note from swati which clearly says that 15000 / - is refundable any time.

Now school says that the mentioned amount will not be refunded which is not at all acceptable in any condition.

We want to take this matter forward and get the money refunded.

Mother's pride shalimar garden, gzb (U.P.) organised a baby show on 21st June 2015 .They charged ₹100 as Registration fees for this show.I was very excited for this show .I took my baby in this show in heavy rain bt I realized that thay making parents fool in the name of baby show basically it is an admission counseling show .there is a doctor for baby evaluation bt he nothing do any check up just said " stand yr baby on weight machine " I m surprised he don't do any effort to see what's the weight of baby . My daughter just a 1.10 year she know body parts, recognize animals voice & animals also & she do actions on poems .In teachers evaluation, teacher asked my daughter body parts and she replied correctly whatever the teacher asked bt mother's pride only focused on admission they not consider my baby's talent .one by one every teacher is came and asked " what you think about admission are you submit the fees .please pay ₹3200 as a booking amount & paid rest of the fees whenever you want" they called me & my husband contiuesly 3 days to know our decision about admission when we asked about the results of baby show they have only one answer " our teachers eveluat the results we will call U " .On the 4 th day dated 25.06.2015 at 12:00PM I called mother's pride to know the result of baby show they don't have any clear answer about the baby show result and cut the phone .I called so many times but they don't pick my phone .After that my husband also called a head office & corporate office of mother's pride they also not pick the call. I have attended & seen some baby show in others school they gave baby's refreshments according to babies age and announced the results at the spot in the end of the show I m also a teacher my school also organised a baby show bt the standard of the mother's pride baby show is nothing bt worst We really disappointed this system of mother's pride & mother's pride school. My suggestion to all parents please don't bring yr precious & lovely babies to this cheap and worst baby show of mother's pride it is just a waste of time and money.

I want to share my experience with Mothers Pride so that you all don’t have to suffer the same with your baby. My baby have participate in Photo competition in sector 5, Gurgaon branch. School charged 500 bucks for the same, photo shoot happened and we have selected one photo out of the all for the competition as you can choose only one. Result declared on 8th July 2014 and I was shocked that the photo we have selected for the competition was not considered and one of the worst photo was uploaded which have eliminated the chance of my baby of being into the competition. When I complained this and posted my grievance on Chairperson Ms. Sudha Gupta’s facebook I got a call from someone Ms. Mani, who told me that you tell us again the correct photo which you have selected we will reconsider the result... which is one of the most unpractical approach and trying to make me fool. How can you think of reconsidering the result when result is declared on website and everywhere and winners are selected, are you doing some kind of joke? Even though I have shared the correct photo through email which was again not uploaded and some other image was uploaded on website just for reference. After all this I mailed them and asked to either share the fullsize (High Resolution ) image or refund my money. Wrote twice but no response then I copied the email to Chairperson (email found wrong) but this time got a call again from Ms. Mani who simply told me that we have reconsidered the result and your baby is not a winner, again an unprofessional and unpractical approach to fool me. I asked her to reply me back through email as I have written email but surprisingly she denied to reply me back through email. I am really disappointed what kind of organization Mother's Pride is who is building the foundation of children when their employ don't have attitude to resolve a grievance of customer. I have to give a second thought to get my baby admitted to such school. Don’t you think when because of school mistake wrong image is selected for competition which has eliminated the chance of even being into competition they should either refund money or at least share the high resolution images which i demanded as a compensation.

I had my daughter's admission done in Mother's Pride Noida Sec 19A in Pre-nursery in 2013. After she started going to school, the counsellor was after my life to get her admission done in presidium in advance. I told her i cannot pay right now and will decide later. To which she answered that I can pay Rs. 25000/- right now in two installments and rest of the amount at the end of year and she also said if I change my mind later I will get complete refund. Now at the time of admission in Nursery when I decided I don't want my daughter to go to Presidium, they say we will not refund the money and they never mentioned that they will refund it. When I asked to call the counsellor who said so, the answer I got is "Ah, she has left us and did you take anything in written at that time". God, I was furious and had a good discussion with the Branch Head Nidhi. She wasn't even moved and gave me full assurance, no matter what I do the amount will not be refunded. To which I thanked at least I didn't give them Rs. 25000 but Rs.10000. However, even for a service class person this isn't a small amount. My recommendation, don't go to Mother's Pride and Never go to Presidium.

I am an insider who very well know the story of Mothers Pride that how they are playing with the future of kids only for sake of increasing their profits.

You will be shocked to know that now most of Mothers Pride branches only have the name of Mothers pride to fool people, in reality two women called Neha Dabral and Renu Munjal are running the schools who are their ex-employees. It is done because their branches are running in losses and to compensate these women are cutting the costs of the company by compromising on quality by taking low grade employees who can run their schools in less salary, even the food which is served to kids lacks quality and there is no advanced technology.Being an Insider, I know the full story which I am sharing with you for the sake of humanity to save your kids future.

It is only a business which they want to make profits by going in any depth. Please never ever think of Mothers Pride. IT is better to put them in a local school, which at lease showing you the truth.

Mothers pride shows you something else but it is not at all worth to put your child here.

It is only a business game now and also never think of working in Mothers Pride, they will spoil your future by firing you anytime when they cant bear your salaries.

I had withdrawn the admission and filled up the form to get my money back. It has been more than 100 days now. No cheque as yet. When I call no one is ready to help. For the admission to keeping calling us every now n then. Cheque of 3000 Rs was given at the time of admission. I still have a confirmation email from Geetu Arora that it will be a hassle free withdrawal, if required. Respected Sudha Maam, We parents of Meeth Guglani who is studying in Nursery B in Sector – 5 (Gurgaon) branch of Mother’s pride would request for your attention & support to address our concerns. The concerns regarding admission of our child to Presidium – sector 57 branch, are as follows: - The policy regarding payment schedule of fees for accepting admissions is not transparent (Nowhere in black & white). - The inputs shared by the concerned staff of the school, demand payment of complete annual fees & first quarter by end of December, reason for the same remains hidden under the cover of policy. - On enquiry of details, waivers are given & a feeling that the staff is getting irritated is delivered. - In addition to this we are made to understand that with the given information we are supposed to take decision. - We also enquired about Annual charges / maintenance charges (23200) which also does not seems to be justified. The answers are not satisfactory. - On top of it there is always a sword of timeline which is kept on throat of parents. Both o[censored]s are convent pass out from different schools & fortunately understand the importance of quality of education. Thus after various discussions, feedbacks & comparisons we could finally zero upon Presidium as the only choice of school for our child. Our happiness was multiplied when we got to know that you would be the Principal of the branch that we are choosing for our child. Now the only request to you is to help us in getting our rights & advise us the way forward. With high hopes & trust we look forward for a response / actions to address the concerns. I am Sarika Goyal, mother of Yashika Goyal. Last year I participated in Baby Show held at Monther’s Pride Narela, till that time I was living near Narela. Mother’s Pride asked me for the registration of Yashika Goyal, I refused to register at that time because she was only 6/7 months, at the time and we were planning to shift Delhi as well. So they (Mother’s price) told me two interesting things.
1) If I register my baby with complete registration fees then I can take admission at any time we feel comfortable. This way, after the admission, we have to pay only Monthly Fee of the Current Structure (2012), not the increased/reviewed monthly fees.
2) In case we shift to Delhi then we can take the admission in any branch at near location, and ever thing, registration and fees structure, will remain same.

Yesterday I went at Mother’s Price at Deepali Chok, there Miss. Somia told me that pre registration will not be consider here. We have to make a fresh registration with all the revived fees structure,
Now the question is why Mother’s Price are making fool o[censored]s, why they are miss leading us. One thing is for sure, If Narela branch has made right promise then other branch is not ready to accept the preregistered childs to fetch more and more money from the parent’s pocket or if Narela branch did fraud with us then Mother’s Pride should take a strong action against Narela branch and provide me the commitments which was made earlier.

Totally money making business. They do not fulfil the commitment given
during the time of admission. One should not get admission or pay the fees until they
give the same in writing . They are playing with the emotions of the parents .
They committed that there would not be any extra charges throughout the
year but charged extra for the bookset for prenursery despite taking 5000/- bucks in the begininig.
Now they say that was for the parenting guide which they gave us saying complimentary.
Which is again marketting Strategy for selling of Sudha Gupta written books.("making it mandatory).
Tommorow they might charge for the pillow the gave on the admission.
(that too saying mandatory for the kids) (totally unethical).
But since parents have already paid the admission fee they have no option
left but to meet their untimely demands.

baby show at mothers pride is NOT actually meant for babies.. its more of a parents dance show-cum-counselling session where the school representatives are letting couple dance on the stage and win a prize, and teeling them about fee structure/admission process..

i just came back from that SO CALLED BABY SHOW for which these guys are charging 100 rupees per baby... nobody would mind paying this small amount but atleast it should be worth calling a BABY SHOW.. kuch to baby activities karayi hoti kam se kam..

lemme explain. one by one how things took place..

1) i registered my baby for this show on 15th march by paying 100 rupees
2) reached mothers pride, new colony, gurgaon branch
3) was given a token/badge for the baby and asked to go in the basement of the building
4) stage was all set, babies sat/danced on the dance floor for about 240 seconds
5) post that the representatives asked the parents to come and be a part of a dancing competition (a few of the parents, including me, said its meant for babies, so u shud have activities for children rather than the parents, but there was no healthy answer available to them)
6) out oof all, only 3 parent couple agreed to be a part of it and one of which was awarded a prize
7) after it got over, we were asked to go on the first floor to fill up an parent awareness form and a counselling form
8) post that there was an interaction with some doctor (which i doubt was in real or just a name)
9) finally, a session with the school counseller about the admission process, fee structure etc etc

AND POST THAT, THEY SAID THE BABY SHOW IS OVER, YOU MAY LEAVE FOR THE DAY

i asked them, THIS IS WHAT U CALL A BABY SHOW REALLY?? and they had no convincing answer..

i again asked WAHT ABOUT THE RESULT OF THE CATEGORIES MENTIONED IN YOUR FLYER (copy attached), and they again had no convincing answer. the only thing they said was SIR WE HAVE MADE THE OBSERVATIONS AND THE PRIZE WINNERS WILL BE INFORMED TOMORROW.

i was amazed to get such a response ki JAB KOI COOMPETITON HI NAHIN HUA TO PRIZE WINNERS KAHAN SE AUR KAISE CHUNOGE BHAIYA..

i just thot OH DARLING YE HAI INDIA, YAHAN AISE HI CHORI CHAKAARI SE LOGON KO ULLU BANAYA JAATA HAI AUR LOG BAN BHI JAATE HAIN..

i am writing this mail to you after i am annoying by your transport incharge. I am driving my vehicle in your mother's pride school without any complaint from parents as well as school administration. But the transport incharge asking for money to continue my vehicle in mother's pride. At that time he's asking for RS.1000 to 2000 but now he's asking for RS.7000 to 10000. When i made a complaint to the head office at Punjabi Bagh there were not kind of any action taken from your head office and the transport incharge rejected my vehicle n no more continue in mother's pride.


Kindly help the other people and please take a serious action for this. This is happened to me in paschim vihartransport incharge 'rajesh'.

My self Dr Manish Kumar husband of Mrs Rupa Mathur. You Indripuram branch had called my wife for BTC program. They said you have been selected for the program, please deposit the Amount of Rs 1,00,000 for the course . I had depoisted a cheque of Rs 15000 on that date & rest PDC. After depositing a fees they said for documnet verification at punjabi bagh office . They said it only document verification , but visiting your head office we found that it is a interview, as we hav not told about the interview , we are not prepared, but still we manage to do that. After a we week they again called us for the same interaction but again a wastage of time & money , But after couple of days they said u r rejected without any reason. after rejecttion call on 3rd July they again present my PDC cheque to bank & take off the Money. After giving a couple of call to Ms Richa she did nat ready to help me. Now she is not picking a phone. Please help in this regard & give my money back two days.
Your unprofessional behaivour lead to a mental torture & Harrasment . we have lost our money with doing any thing. After giving 100 of calls to your office , nobody is reday to return our money. I do not not is this a way to cheat poor people . As you are using a image of honest Ex President of this country to cheat people.

i am writing this mail to you after i am annoying by your transport incharge. I am driving my vehicle in your mother's pride school since 2004 without any complaint from parents as well as school administration. But in 2010 the transport incharge asking for money to continue my vehicle in mother's pride. At that time he's asking for RS.1000 to 2000 but now he's asking for RS.7000 to 10000. When i made a complaint to the head office at Punjabi Bagh there were not kind of any action taken from your head office and the transport incharge rejected my vehicle n no more continue in mother's pride.

Dear Sir,
At the time of admission of my son Shresth in Mother's Pride , Galleria Branch, Gurgaon, I was promised to give album worth Rs. 7500/- complimentary by the counsellor(have fee structure also). But they haven't mentioned the same on the receipt, for which I enquired again. Counsellor mentioned the same by hand onthe receipt and that too worth Rs.2000/-. She denied that she promised the album of Rs.7500/-. My son completed Pre Nur. & Nur.from there only. I enquired about the album before the nursery session end and his class teacher asked for the receipt. I have sent the copies of the same .
They offered me a CD containing 6 photograps of Nursery. It's unjustified. from Rs. 7500 they moved to Rs.2000 and now they are offering a CD worth Rs.50/- only. Session ended on 15th March 2012 and till date I haven't received any response from school.
I want to inquire who will take action against such organization who is doing anything for the business. It's not a matter of album only but my right. It's School's responsibility to fulfill the commitment.
Please advice.

I made the following complaint to Ms. Sudha Madam, the Head of Mothers Pride on 14.02.2011, but received no reply at all. If the head of some organization is so negligent in replying such a serious complaints, then what we can expect fro m that Organisation.

I was a teacher at the Vivek Vihar branch of Mother's Pride School. It was a terrible experience which I would like to share with all. Going by the school guidelines I deposited my mobile(APPLE iPhone) with the school authorities before going to my class and when I came back to receive it, I was told that my phone was stolen. Another teacher lost her Blackberry mobile the same day from the same school locker. Despite persistent enquirers from my side the school authorities have done nothing to reimburse me. They keep saying 'action' will be taken but nothing has been done. The school doesn't offer a safe and secure atmosphere. So BEWARE before joining.
