Motilal Oswal Securities — facing inconvenience and discrimination by motilal oswal due to visually impairment

This is naveen kumar, code [aris1990],
I am 100 percent blind [visually challenged].

I have opened a trading account with motilaloswal securities on
13/04/2020 through ekyc mode and submitted the signed power of
Attorney document along with witness signatures.

After opening the account i was deposited initial investment amount of
Rupees 1000 inr on 17/04/2020and that deposit was successful.

After that, when i try to place the order i was getting error stating
That client/dealer code is suspended. Please get in
Touch with your cse desk.
After getting this error immediately i have contacted my franchise of
Motilaloswal securities.

After some time they called me and informed that visually challenged
Persons are not permitted to opened account through ekyc and hence
Your account suspended.

I have referred the compliance manual-march-2018 issued by cdsl with
Them. There are clear cut guidelines.

In that guidelines para 1 of page 11 says that

Comm. 5202 dated may 19, 2015
Dps are advised to ensure that all facilities including online
Facilities are offered to visually challenged persons without any
Discrimination and all possible assistance is provided to visually
Challenged persons for opening and operating demit accounts. Dps
Should accordingly note that there are no special restrictions for
Visually challenged person for opening and operating a demat account
Subject to compliance with requirements as applicable to any other
Investor.

After showing all the information also they are not activating the
Account and telling that we are not suppose to open your account
Through ekyc, this service is only for sighted persons.

Still my account is in suspension condition..
