After submitting online account closure, they are not responding, still my login credentials active and recieving fund balance mail. They are not willing to close my demat/trading account....

I have been following up with your local franchisee for last 2 months for closure of my account and transfer of shares to my demat with Arihant, your local office is again and again letting me know different issues first they told closure form is old format, then DIS slips became out dated and now latest being that my DIS slips provided are old format and I will need to procure new DIS slips. Please look into the matter and get the account closed and shares transferred at the earliest.

I have opened a trading account with motilaloswal securities on
13/04/2020 through ekyc mode and submitted the signed power of
Attorney document along with witness signatures.

After opening the account i was deposited initial investment amount of
Rupees 1000 inr on 17/04/2020and that deposit...

I want to close my mutal funds for which i am calling and sending emails to motilal oswal since more then 15 days now but i am getting no peoper response and update my mutual funds are still active everytime i call customer care they tell me to send email and wait or i keep getting numbers of different person this process keeps on repeating and money is getting deducted

I emailed and talked to this guys many times they just keep saying email us or provide other number and the one who pics other names tells the same i am already dealing with this thing since a month no one responds or care i am in urgent need of money and i cant get my own money i feel like i am stuck and would never trust this comoany again coz of terrible customer support!

This is hari and I hold my account with MOTILAL OSWAL ID:E901017 IN Hyderabad branch, previously I have some problem with another security services on the same time I got a call from MR.Sandeep and told that they are going to offer me with 20 rupees per lot intraday and delivery is both sides as I believed his words after I traded some scripts I was charges 2.5 % that for 10000/- rupees lot I was charged 250 rupees both sides in positional call so here total amount is they have charged 500 rupees instead of 40 rupees on his word after I questioned him he told that all amount will be reversal with in 10 days after one month also he is saying that it will take another 10 days when I called to his TEAM LEADER he is also not responding to my call even he is not answering my call at all, so here the MOTILAL OSWAL is cheating to the customers with their sweet words before taking account after taking account they are just ignoring to the clients even I called to the dealer desk they are simply rejecting amount my plan they are saying to contact SANDEEP when I called to sandeep always he is in the meeting only, recently I got a call from motilal oswal from MUMBAI and they told that your account opening book let and dp book they are sending I already told them to close due to cheating to the customer but they are not responding they have taken complaint but went in vain so here in this all are cheaters only and in the websites they are showing they got achived best awards when they are not taking interest on clients whey are they are maintaining secuty….? here to achieve their targets clients are suffering a lot I told him already to give me reversal he says already approved the amount but it will take some time, this is not the all time answer so kindly take necessary action on MOTILAL OSWAL SECURITIES do necessary justice to me immediately and give instructions to them to pay me 20,000/-(twenty thousand rupees) rupees compensation for giving this much of trouble to me and hence here finally I am telling to MOTILAL OSWAL MY PROBLME SHOULD BE SOLVED immediately otherwise I will file a case in the CONSUMER FORUM IMEMDIATELY





I request to SEBI AND NSE authorities to take necessary action immediately and do necessary justice to me

Sir,

I have written a letter on last month to Motilal Oswal Securities for not to send advertisement about his company. I think they have misunderstood with my mail. Here I would like to clarify that I need their basic information regarding purchase, sales, Auction and balance amount to pay through SMS and mail.

I have request other than basic information please plz not let me send any other advertisement.

I am upset with there action on blocking those basic information.
