Hello Team,

I am having my Demat account into your brokerage firm from last few years.

Please check below given Demate Account details for your reference: -

At the time of opening of account into your brokerage firm your broker Mr. Ravi Prajapati said me that it is free Demate Account Scheme with Five Years Plan and that's why, I had created account into your brokerage firm.

But every year DP Charges are deducted from my Demate Account. From the second day of my Demate Account every time I had asking and taking follow ups with your broker person about this issue, he said me that all money (DP Charges) which was deducted from your account it will credited by MOSL. But till today I doesn't get my money back.
