The brokers admitted to their mistake on phone and when i ask to return my losses suddenly the regional manager comes into the picture and denies all of it stating standard lines "equity investment are subject to market risks".
The account is handled by bengaluru team which is not at all client friendly, i have incurred losses on their advise and despite my hesitance and resistance to invest in particular stocks they did that which made losses. Now they suddenly pass the buck on me.
The motilal grievance team also denied all of it and is refusing to hand over the recordings of conversation where the brokers admitted to their mistake which ran me into losses. I know for a fact that all conversations are recorded and still the company is putting a blind eye on this.
