I have submit mobile to service center on 27 DEC 2014. Still waiting for my mobile. No response from service center and customer care. Two times service center told me that your mobile ready for dispatch but when I reach service center then they told me your mobile not repair. You will come next week. This happening in twice. Still i doesnt know about my mobile status. So plz help me. My wrk order no. is AQP/MG/14/04520 and thiS no. Change after 17 Jan is AQP/MG/14/05198. And IMEI no. is [protected].
