Moto g2 lte model xt1079 job no amshyd009134 dated 9 febuary 2016 do purchase december 2015 under warranty from filapkart i given for repair in hyderabad b2x customer care hyderabad ph no [protected] and +91o[protected] they are not responding my calls they are talking in rough vogal language whil going to service center till known my problem was not solved so plzz rectifired my complaint and take necssary action and solve my mobile problem...

Kindly note that 2 months of purchase of MOTO g phone by now present it is hangig .

suddendly[protected], speake on the phone it is hanged and sw off, we are trying to sw on the phone but it is not open .

I have submit mobile to service center on 27 DEC 2014. Still waiting for my mobile. No response from service center and customer care. Two times service center told me that your mobile ready for dispatch but when I reach service center then they told me your mobile not repair. You will come next week. This happening in twice. Still i doesnt know about my mobile status. So plz help me. My wrk order no. is AQP/MG/14/04520 and thiS no. Change...

There was many complaints with my Moto g 16 Gb.I gave it for service.It has been 2 months and still i havent received my fon back. When i ask the customer care about my fon they never say anything. They give fake assurance dat they will give back my fon soon and they fail everytime. the manager asked me not to call him. he cant do anything. its really announing to hear dat. this is wat the head of the motorola moto g customer care support...

I bought moto g 3 months back. I have faced several problems with it. often battery drains out. yesterday night i left the phone idle with 38% charge in it. when i woke up it was switched off. still i can't power it on.i think to service or replace it. Help me by contacting [protected]...
