Moto g4 plus with warranty period was given for service, however confirmed by your team was having motherboard issue. Since after long time, mobile has not been received yet. Contacted with customer care and service center many times, but did not get any reply. It was very sadistic experience with moto team, being a reputed organization, the company should not have response like this. If for providing service, you will take one month, then i would suggest to all not go for this handset. Spare is not available in india as well as service is very very poor.
