Horrible first time experience with this company. I'd ordered moto g4 plus on credit card emi 30th june which was supposed to be delivered by 7th july. Todey is 6th july. But my order is not progess and yet haven't received my product.

And seeing all the complaints from other customers same as mine, i choose to never buy anything from this...

I had display issue with my phone for which i took it to the service center. Issue got resolved but another problem came up after the phone was replaired. Everything starts happening automatically on daily basis like bluetooth turn on, restart, blinking suddenly, hangup again and again, dailpad not working sometimes. It has been very annoying experience and causing a lot of disturbance for me. The phone is under warranty as of now. Please...

Moto g4 plus with warranty period was given for service, however confirmed by your team was having motherboard issue. Since after long time, mobile has not been received yet. Contacted with customer care and service center many times, but did not get any reply. I have purchased Moto G4 Plus before 10 months ago on 15/07/16 with IMEI no - [protected], before 3 to 4 month back i had repaired phone in Moto Service Center for Phone switch off and battery drain problem even i cant sure that my call or any task will completed till it get switch off automatically. but again the issue is going on from last one month. Service Center guys rude and only they serve 110 token a...

I started using it after 2 months i got it. It was really strange that the phone used to get switched on off by itself since the beginning. Also after I gave it for service the first time in the moto store, the touch started to behave strangely. No.s get dialed on there own, gets to airplane mode on its own. The phone is totally behaving alien. model no is x000jopunv....

In a little use its heating up and it is just one day over after buying.i have tried all the options said by the care centre/customer care but still it's not effective and for this I am in big trouble.therefore please replace my set or refund my money.i will be very grateful for you cooperation, hope you will help me out of this and refund my money to me....

Suddenly moto g4 plus is not showing notification bar and also multiscreen botton and home bottom also not working

After this i trying to formate the mobile and this process is not showing. even reset phone is not showing is hidden.

Finally i download the formate apps in play store this will successful formate the mobile...
