Dear Sir?Madam,
Please find attached my honda Shine model bike papers with registration number TN01AQ8982 purchased on[protected] at JSP Anna Nagar Chennai. This vehicle has been having problem in the front wheel hub and been mentioned in all the three free service visits of this vehicle to JSB honda, Purasawalkam.
But it was not attended and i was driving it with noise coming out of the front wheel all these days from the date of purchase. I happened tothe rotate the wheel accidentally and found out that during rotation there was a friction area in which it is not moving smoothly and getting arrested . Hence i rushed to the nearest service centre at Vepery Purasawalkam and there i insisted to open the wheel hub and as i expected the milling inside of the hub is not proper and due to that , the wheel is not rotating freely and giving noise during riding.
I request to verify and go through all the three service visits of my vehicle to this JSP honda service outlet inward copies mentionin this same problem and please solve my issue and replace the hub in warranty, as my vehicle is in extended warranty.
I would like to point out that i have been sold this vehicle with this defect. Hence it is the manufacturer to take up this call and solve the issue. The retailer already cited various reasons and very rude on accepting this as defect while selling and citing that this has happened due to wear and tear. If you inspectmy vehicle you can very well understand that ti to be a manufacturing defect rather than would have developed by wear and tear.
Hence please replace the defective hub in the front wheel and solve the issue and ask you dealers to be little bit friendly to its customers.
