Honda Unicorn — Defect in Unicorn Bike

This is Vijay Indulkar from borivali east.
i got my new bike honda unicorn on 18th february 2013. there is problem
in bike. i buy bike from venetion honda and sitaram motors. but there is lots
of technical problem in my bike. but the bike dealer is not co-operate me to
solve this proble. and my premium is going on.
i want replace this bike. so please help me to solve this problem immidiately.
