[Resolved]  Oswal Auto — poor service delivery and poor poor performance and poor service

i was purchased yamaha r15 bike from oswal autos, a-20, k.t. karnal road, azadpur, delhi.
a big problem is that heavy engine sound comes after 21 month after i contacted yamaha ajencies ( oswal auros) and they tell u should have do the service of this bike than i serviced my yamaha bike...after service no any good result i hav got...
i have also contacted to yamaha customer care for this issue but she ignored and havent registered my complaints, customer care executive name : m/s sudha.
i wanna requested to yamaha organisation plz provide good service quality and good suggestion for own valuable customer...

i just want to say that i am very fed up from like that kind of service offered from ur side, if like that services will be continued after selling the product, that i think it is not good. i am compale to say like this, bcoz custmor care executive is not responding in a proper manner, they are only giving time to the complaints, rather than try to solve them, and service centres are only interested in fetching the money, by saing that u required a service, they not capable in finding the appropriate error in the product, and specially after expiring the warranty period, they are not showing the interest in the product.

so please look into the matter and do the needful asap
