[Resolved]  Prakruthi TVS — Cheating the customer by replacing old battery

I have TVS Wego Golden colour bought in Hassan showroom, since i am staying in bangalore near to Prakruthi TVS,jalahalli and 1 free service was still pending, i left my vehicle for service on 18.10.12. while collecting the vehicle for service they took atmost care and told me to come back in the evening. after 4 hours i got a call from the service man that the battery need to be replaced and the new one will be approx Rs 1200. i told the vehicel is still under warrant so asked them to replace under warranty, when i gone back to collect the vehicle i checked the billl/service card nowwhere the new Battery details /No. was metioned, when i asked the new battery details/No. they told it is already fitted in the vehicle,when i asked repeteadly to show the details of battery issued from their own stores to service area, they started shouting at me. after opeinng the battery i came to know that some other vehicle old battery was fitted, finaly i left the palce with heated argument without getting the repleacement for my battery.Now i need to change the battery in themarket on my own cost.
This is one of the worst costumer service experiance i had with them.
