this issue of related about bad service providing by motorola service centre purana bazar dhanbad, i went to the service centre for replacing my charging point they said the part is not availaible and told me to deposit my phone for 10 days and also said that here many more phone is deposited by customer. and they have much work load. because in one service centre they run lenova customer care too. kindly look at that issue because they tell this reason to each and every customer.
