I have visited Moto service center on 1st Oct 2021. Battery, Touch and Charger cable all together they charged Rs 6300/-.
Battery warranty is 3 months and touch is one month.
When started using it there is no back even after fully charged. shows less than 10% and phone was getting heated.
So within week a I re visited the center they said battery issue, changed the battery and they were saying first battery s defective.
they waited for a time to get the new battery.
After 2 months they said that received battery but having some mother board issues.
it is more than 3 months the handset is with service center.
They don't know when do they get motherboard component.
Whom do I contact for this.
