I had a motorola g60 mobile phone which i purchased in oct 2021. Suddenly my phones screen is not working one. I visited to a authorized service center which is located at Bhilwara Rajasthan. They service engineer said that sir there is some issue with your motherboard and it will take upto 20-30 days to repair your phone, i said it was too much time for me. I have visited Moto service center on 1st Oct 2021. Battery, Touch and Charger cable all together they charged Rs 6300/-.
Battery warranty is 3 months and touch is one month.
When started using it there is no back even after fully charged. shows less than 10% and phone was getting heated.
So within week a I re visited the center they said battery issue, changed the battery and they were saying first battery s defective.br...

I am having moto m phone. Warranty of my mobile accessories is going to complete on 23 september 2017. Yesterday i visited a service center located in pala town kottayam district kerala. Only my charger is not working. My phone is working fine and getting charge with other turbo charger. But they are asking me to submit my phone and also saying your data will get loss even though there is no other problem with phone....

Hiii mt moto g 3rd generation mobile recently face some disply problem, so thats why i met a your authorized service centre B2X in hydrabad(kukatpally) but i face bad experiance with your clients, the service centre guy told it talkes 45 days to resolve the issue how can i give my mobile such a long time please register my complaint and take immediate action and solve my problem

Hi,
My Moto X play started giving problems in display with flickering screen for half of the screen. Even speaker sound and call connectivity was not working properly many times. Gave it to service centre at B2X service centre at Malleshwaram on 7th Jan, 2016 with complaint number[protected]. Mobile purchased on 22nd Oct, 20115.
Had been to service center twice, but no luck. The mobile needs motherboard replacement now and it has been 1.5 months now and still mobile not serviced.
Please look into this ASAP and help customer. Investing 20k for a smartphone and leaving it in service centre for so many days without even a alternative mobile is really disgusting for a common man.
Team please help on this issue.
