I am availing the service of direct2home delivery of packaged drinking water by Mount Kailash to my address in sector 23, Gurgaon for almost an year. Recently I increased my delivery plan from 8 cans of water to 12 cans of water. But as my parents too arrived I was in need of 2 extra cans of water. I called the company's help desk ([protected]) on Monday 25th August 2014. The lady executive assured me the delivery. Not receiving the cans by 3:00 p.m I called her again...nobody picked. Later the same executive picked it and kept me on hold for about 5-6 minutes.When I called again she was picking it up and hanging it immidiately for 3 times. Another executive picked it and told me that the delivery was not possible.
On Tuesday 26th Aug'2014 I again called to inform the company about the prior day, but no positive response came to me.I was not given the cans the next day too. With my old parents I was made to manage the next day till the company delivered the cans on their weekly delivery day.
Such response from the Mount Kailash company, being in FMCG sector, shows their casual and not at all sincere attitude towards their biggest asset to company, THE CUSTOMERS..!!
