Mountain Club — fake vouchers and wrong commitment | |||||
Hello everyone, my name is rahul mehrotra. Here i would like to share my worst experience with mountain club team, before that i request you to just ignore there calls. On 2nd september 2018, after receiving multiple calls from ruchi ([protected]) and all the fancy commitments of being lucky, selected customer, vouchers for pvr and vibes. She called us at ansal plaza mall to attend a meeting and get a fare knowledge of mountain club membership. We reached there and met raj ([protected]), they started guiding us with the plans and purpose of visit. Later-on while providing vouchers, they told us that it will be received on the mailid as they are not providing them in hand. Its been 3 weeks now, i have not received any vouchers. Further, after calling on above numbers they do not even entertain the complaints. I request you to please have a look at such black forms who are playing with people time and money.
