I enrolled a programme in Bangalore.. but due to health issue I transferred to coimbatore.. I am under treatment and medication.. So I can't able to continue the process.. So I request you to please kindly refund my advance payment 5000.. So many people's from vibes called me and asked about my enrollment.To.all of them I explained my situation and asked for refund.. But one is resolving is my issue.. They are all voluntarily ignoring me.. Kindly resolve this issue asap

    I took 6 sessions for NSLS at Kukatpally branch but there's no result not even an inch..After the sessions they are writing false measurements even when they didn't take any proper measurements of my body..I need a refund for my 25500 which i paid at the branch if not full at least partial refund..Jasmine is a big time fraud and also the technician Ramesh..Jasmine keeps on making false promises, she will say anything which comes on her mouth..Simply she will say anything. She will say all useless things which are completely irrelevant when asked upon results.My wife also took 6 sessions for Upper lip hair removal, they said after 5 sessions you will see the results but after 6 sessions also no results..She paid 10000 separately for this apart from 25500.

      I got cheated (Of 1.6 lakh rupees) by sadashiv nagar branch. After lodging fir at the police station and complaint at consumer forum, i compromised to take their services just to not let go of my money and to save my time going around police station and court. But now they are neither giving me services nor money. Can someone share a mail id of senior leadership there in vibes.

        Am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the laser treatment package I purchased at your Kukatpally branch in Hyderabad. The package in question is PKG/HYD-2/2022-23/AUG/36, and I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I have received.

        Firstly, after completing six sittings as per the package, I have not observed any improvement in the promised results. The lack of progress is concerning, and it raises questions about the effectiveness of the treatment.

        Moreover, during the booking process, your center failed to inform me about the validity of the package. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, as customers have the right to know the terms and conditions associated with the services they are purchasing.

        Furthermore, the scheduling of the treatment sessions has been highly unprofessional. Your center did not proactively schedule my sittings, and I was always the one initiating contact. Even when I called, I was often told that there were no available appointments, leading to unnecessary delays in completing the sessions. most of the time when gone to Centre they will say the technician is not available or the doctor. The Centre manager, receptionists are busy in watching TV all the time when you visit the Centre. there is no parking available at the centre making our visit more unpleasant.

        To make matters worse, the center is now claiming that the package validity has expired after only six sessions out of the promised twelve. This contradicts the information provided during the initial booking, and it appears to be an attempt to avoid fulfilling the remaining sessions.

        I must express my disappointment with the behavior of the center manager, Jasmine. She has been rude and unhelpful, providing no satisfactory explanation for the lapses in service. Additionally, it has come to my attention that many employees at the center are receiving treatments, and the center seems more interested in converting my remaining sessions into personal treatments rather than fulfilling my package.

        I strongly believe that the center's current demand for additional payment to revalidate the package is unjustifiable. Instead of requesting more money, I expect the center to honor the original terms of the package by either refunding the amount or providing the remaining sessions as promised.

        I request your immediate attention to this matter and ask that you advise the center to rectify the situation by either refunding the amount or providing the remaining sessions as outlined in the package. Failing to address this issue promptly will force me to explore alternative avenues to seek resolution.

        I trust that Vibes Health Care values its customers and is committed to providing quality service. I look forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

              I paid for laser services and did not receive any results at all. Their staff is untrained and unqualified as well as unprofessional. They do not know what they are doing and on multiple times caused skin rashes on my skin. I went through all this pain and still did not get results. When I asked for a refund, they have refused to provide me with refund and told me I should go to hell.

                Hi,

                I am Suneela Kodali going to Vibes Kukatpally Hyderabad center. I am taking Aroma Therapy, Hip tightening and abdomen tightening treatments.

                I have to travel each way for 2hrs to go to Vibes. It’s very far from my house. From the last 3-4 times, I am taking appointments with vibes and after traveling that long and reaching.. I was told either the doctor or staff is not available. I was supposed to get hip tightening or Aroma therapy but ended up with vibrations and going back home.

                On Sunday September 10th, the same thing happened. I called Front desk multiple times on Saturday to take appointment and no one picked up my call. I called again this morning for “Aroma Therapy” and I was asked

Sunday also they just did Heating and I was told no one is available to do Aromatherapy and none of the staff is available .

                I asked the person sitting in the front desk to give me the manager's phone# so that I can talk to them about the same. He informed me that he doesn’t have a manager's phone# and didn’t provide me with a phone#.

                This is not working out for me. I would like to get my REFUND back. Please return my money back.

                  Hi my self ashwini i hv 10 secction of leaser treatment but thay given only 5 secctions of treatment after this i m calling from 2 months and thy are not responding and they have convinced for take hair PRP section and i have agreed paid 20K till now they have not started the treatment pls do the needful i hv losted my 27k beliving them

                    I had registered for Fillers treatment at Vibes Indiranagar in Mid 2021. However, whenever I call to book an appointment for the treatment, I am always told that the product is not there or the doctors is not available, so on and so forth. Now I have lost trust with Vibes and ask for a refund of my Money Immediately. Please contact me and arrange to refund the entire money with no further excuses…

                      Hi, I have paid huge money for several services with Vibes, however they no timely services have been provided. Each time I ask for an appointment, the reply is either the beautician is not there or there is no stock of product, no hairstylist etc. it has been about 2.5years since I took a package for 1.5ml fillers. Even till date the service is not provided, every time I am told that either the doctor is not available or they don’t have stocks etc. I hereby demand a refund of my money ASAP.

                          Hello.

                          I consulted Vibes Karkhana, Hyderabad branch for 'full body laser hair removal'. The consultant there convinced me to go for 8 sessions of complete hair removal with assurance of best result.

                          After 3-4 sessions, I observed that there was still not much difference in my hair growth. I was having full hair growth on my whole body every 2-3 months post laser treatment. I informed the person handling my sessions every single time, but she kept on saying I should be patient as it will happen after 7-8 sessions. I also informed about the same to the consultant who enrolled me for the treatment, but I was told the same thing that is - 'to wait'.

                          After completion of my 8 sessions, I again got complete hair growth on my whole body within few months. When I went back to them, they offered 2 more free sessions. The new dermatologist heard my case history and specifically told the treatment handler her mistake that she should have increased the frequency and intensity of laser shots.

                          I was stuck to go through the whole process for past 3 years only to get no result in my hair growth. Not even reduction in my hair growth, if not hair removal. It has been a complete waste of my time and money.

                          Now I have to go to salons here for hair removal as I had to before undergoing laser treatment. I'm completely unsatisfied with this whole treatment and unwilling to undergo any further treatment with Vibes. I just want to ask for refund of my money that I have paid. After going through so much, I deserve to have my money back.

                              I have taken two session of laser treatment and have been facing extreme issues like all over back front big big pimples and no reduction is seen in 2 session in fact hair is like cactus. I feel much better after doing wax atleast skin is smooth and 1 month no hair growth but with vibes the second day only I felt like cactus. They are just charging for the razor remover hair. They use Deka which burns me like hell and they should be cold laser treatment but giving me hot laser shock which hurts me a lot.

                                Hi,

                                I had enrolled in the Vibes Kolkata, Kasba centre in March 2022 for treatment of hairloss and body fat reduction and weight loss.

                                I have spent more than Rs. 10 lacs and I started at a body weight of 95 kgs and am currently at 105 kgs and scalp getting even more bald.

                                I have been asking for expenses and treatment and procedure details from the center manager since the last more than three months but to no avail.

                                Kindly let me know why I should not lodge a legal claim against you for damages and refund of entire amount paid till date along claim for commercial rate of interest and charges for mental harassment.

                                  I was taken laser hair reduction treatment from VIBES VIP road branch. They recommended me to take 10 laser hair reduction sessions and guaranteed me that it will work. They charged 25000 for the treatment. But I have seen 0% result. They use damaged machine on me. Due to their machine was damaged the laser didn't work on me. cheated by them. Please help me to get refund.

                                    I have taken the services for 1 lakh and above and I have requested them to convert these sessions to something else and now they are fooling around with me . They don’t give appointments when requested. I literally have to beg for that . I am a customer who is paid for the services and still begging for the same . I need my money back

                                        I was tricked to enrol for a body forming treatment at JP nagar branch Bengaluru last month by paying 40, 000/-

                                        The centre manager Almost pressurised to a great extent to use my debit card and took 40, 000/-

                                        I didn’t take a single session at the centre so far

                                        When my doctors advised not to go for such treatments, as I have some major health issues, I approached them to refund my money as I can’t take the treatment for which they saying they don’t return my money as their company policy won’t allow

                                        I was not aware of their policies nor they explained about their policy

                                        Now they are refusing to attend my calls and mails

                                        Please take this issue seriously
