You all should proceed legally. Consumer forum etc. Consult with a good Advocate to guide you. Many of the buyers of The Pyramid, Rainforest and other projects have already lodged Consumer Forum cases and Criminal cases through FIR. There active buyers forum fighting this legal battle against Mounthill / MKHS Realty and LGW Ltd.

I booked a flat in Pyramid, Rajarhat in 2015. I went to meet the developers M/S Mount Hill Realty, but all three places of office addresses were occupied by someone else. Yes, Mounthill / MKHS Realty is not available officially any more. But to your surprise they are still in this ugly business of money laundering.
You may contact Srikant Sikaria [protected]. He will of course not entertain you much. Keep calling until he picks up the phone.
Hemant Sikaria is presently not keeping him associated with this company after he was sentenced to jail followed by our FIR. He is diverting our money to a Mumbai based Project, 'The Pyramid Panvel Hills'.

However, a new agency is now a days operating as, M/s. Kosmic Estate, PS QUBE, Room No. 901, 9th Floor, Newtown, Rajarhat, Beside City Centre II, Contact ------ [protected], www.kosmicestate.com, www.[protected]@gmail.com . This agency is taking care of the sales of their various above-mentioned properties. You may contact them as a prospective buyer of their other projects like North Grande or Fusion. As a Pyramid buyer, they will not entertain you.
