I had invested in the above project in 2016 which had subvention scheme and was to be completed and handed over in 2020. But unfortunately until 2021 no work had started in this project and the developers were not responding to my calls and emails. Now in May 2022 they have started the work but the subvention scheme is canceled and Shahpurji Pallanji is no more involved in this project. Now they are demanding me to pay 40% with legal threats. I visited the site in Dec 2022 and found that there is hardly any work completed but they are sending the slabs completion certificates from their contractors. I cannot find their registration number on the Maharera website. So if anybody is involved in this project kindly share your feedback. Thanks Was this information helpful? |
