I had invested in the above project in 2016 which had subvention scheme and was to be completed and handed over in 2020. But unfortunately until 2021 no work had started in this project and the developers were not responding to my calls and emails. Now in May 2022 they have started the work but the subvention scheme is canceled and Shahpurji Pallanji is no more involved in this project. Now they are demanding me to pay 40% with legal threats. I visited the site in Dec 2022 and found that there is hardly any work completed but they are sending the slabs completion certificates from their contractors. I cannot find their registration number on the Maharera website. So if anybody is involved in this project kindly share your feedback. Thanks

Please note that i have made full payment towards cost of the above mentioned flat as per their written communication and schedule mentioned there in. But they failed to deliver on your written commitment time and again. In your last communication on 10/12/2018, in which you assured that March 2019 onward possession will be started. Now at this point which seems not possible. Like minded people may form a forum and fight jointly.

Hi everyone,

I booked a flat in mounthill essence more than 5 years back, and they promised to deliver in 2016. It has been delayed by more than 2 years, and now i am not sure when they will deliver the flat to us. Nost of the times, no one responds to phone calls. I am trying to find out that who else is facing this issue with essence.
What options do i have now.
Is rera helpful in my scenario and whom should i approach?
