I have booked a project in the said project and now regretting.Can you enlighten me what to do as I do not think they will be able to deliver the project.

I fully agree with you. I am also a sufferer in this Project. If we can develop a community then we can hire a good Lawyer to file Case in Consumer Court and look forward to receive back our invested moneyless Court expenses. I have also booked an apartment in Rainforest, but have not received any update from them, whenever I called them, they always say work will be resumed from next month. I am hearing the same story from the last 10 months.

Even I have booked flat in rain forest project and have tried challenging it too but no response I need that money back these people are good for nothing.

This is Prabhat, I have also booked flat in rainforest in 2013 December. Since then there is no update.
We have created a wats app group. Kindy join so that we can together take some action against the builder.
They are looting our hard earned money just like that.

As we are all in the same boat, I feel it's high time we form a Group and move forward jointly through a reputed Lawyer to address our grievances in the appropriate Court of Law. My mail ID - [email protected] Request kindly drop at least a Test mail so that we can share contact nos. and start discussing the the path ahead and if need be can meet as well in person.

I had booked one flat at Rainforest, as it was not going at all, and as per advise of India Bulls, I surrendered the booking. Mouthhill Reality confirmed me through mail that all payments including taxes will be refunded. Till date I have received less than 80% of my payment, but still about Rs3, 50, 000 is not being paid, last payment was in the month of Dec'19.

This is the last phone no I got from Rainforest...He is the concerned person now who is now claiming that the builder has start the project now... I'm also a victim of this fraud project...Me and my husband booked a flat in tower 7 and paid an booking amount of 6.3lakh in 2016 but after that indiabulls just not picked up our call and mounthill said they will handover the project to some other builder to complete it but again they make a fraud...They placed some fake builder named ANURAG GUPTA and told us this time the so called man ANURAG GUPTA and his daughter ASTHA GUPTA from Delhi has taken handover the project and will complete it as soon as possible..even we meet this man Anurag Gupta but suddenly after 6-7 months they again suddenly disappeared... And now this man Subhadeep Paul is claiming that Mounthill is again starting the project...our hard earned money is looted by these fraud...I think we should go the CM and media also to look after matter...Arkajyoti Mukherjee-[protected] is my husband's pH no and mal id- [protected]@gmail.com if anyone would like to contact us please feel free...we definitely want to get our hard earned moneyy back with interest..

We have the same problem... We have booked 2 units.. These people seem to be missing no replies to emails phones switched off, owner is absconding. We should all file a case together in consumer forum. Lets all unite and do something about.
