I had purchased a flat in way back 2015 in tower II with a down payment of 20% of the flat cost but till date the project is no where seems to get complete in next 5 years.. My hard earned money is under threat of refund & company is neither located morning any contact with them...

They have taken 20% of flat charges from me. Its been 5 years now and what they have done is one small building. They donot respond to mails. They are not cordial over phone. Employees who have sold the project have all left the organisation. God knows who is incharge now. Last update they sent was 3 years back.

I had booked a 2 bhk flat 4th floor 996sqft at mounthill essence which was supposed to be delivered in 2016. However the company has failed to deliver and there are no positive indication for completion. The company kept posting construction photos misleading customers that work is going on. The construction site is deserted with no activity. They have failed miserably to deliver and there is no one to resort the to address the problem. I fear that i have been cheated.
