There is a fake review about my company on mouthshut. I have sent them mails with proof that it is fake. The reviewer himself told that it is fake. I have been following this up for several months now.
The customer care person just pics the call and says that 'a team is working on it. Send a mail', like a broken record. But, i haven't got any commitment from them that they will remove it. They do not reply to my mails too!
