Greetings from Radvision World !!

I would like to Inform you that we also have a complain related Mouthshut website .

Mouthshout has made a profile without informing us .

They are not ready to share our account Log In details at all and are asking for 3/4 Lakh Money !!! and uploaded our brand logo onto it.

After a short span of time we found that there have been a number of negative reviews which they are submitted by unverified users onto the above mentioned page with an attempt to manipulate and defame our business reputation and all were the services which we are not providing ! . We would like to inform you that the reviews submitted which we are not having the same data and same story in our clients and our company data base !

we have refuse to take their packages which were in lakhs, mouthshut (India) Private Ltd would not stop and continue its deceptive practices against our company with an intention to defame our company onto the online world and its getting more and more day by day !

if any one have a complain regarding the same issue

There is a fake review about my company on mouthshut. I have sent them mails with proof that it is fake. The reviewer himself told that it is fake. I have been following this up for several months now.

The customer care person just pics the call and says that 'a team is working on it. Send a mail', like a broken record. But, i haven't got any commitment from them that they will remove it. They do not reply to...

I am writing a review for mouthsut itself, writing second time, first one they removed ..

FIrst of all I redeemed some 1100 rs under Write Share Win Contest in Feb month.. for 3-4 months I got the reply it will be transferred in next month and then they stopped replying back

then I reached to their phone customer care : +[protected].

then receptionist - Kushma or Sushma .. I dont what exactly her name is, picked up the call and mentioned give some time she will look over it and then after 2 days I called back -- means today, and they keep on saying reply on the [protected]@mouthshut.com ..

When I mentioned they are not replying back, they said they can't do anything because its a corporate office number and they dont have phone number also

write a mail to them, and wait .. My question is how long I have to wait - 5 months 7 months/

then they disconnected the call and I called them multiple times, they are disconnecting the call and even though I am speaking on the call .. avoiding the call and putting on waiting queue // thats what they did .

these people think they own the market.. by running fake offer, attracting people to write review.. that is not .. I have other sites to spread this message


this is second time I am re-writing the review for the same on their website and first one was removed . instead of helping me out they are avoiding

I know if I' ll ask multiple times or reach to them they will block my account also..

just be it.. I am posting the review whatever they are treating and posting the same to other consumer forum website also with the links - it is upto them whether they want ' bad ' or ' good ' publicity.

thy are shuting the mouth .. their name suits them

I had 1040 mouthshut ponits (Ms points).
As mouthsut wrote that they give 1rs=1 ms point and they transfer amount in bank on every 1st of month but i did't received any amount and today when i opened my account i got a pop up like member blocked.

I want my money and they are just fooling people by taking their review if they just can't fullfil what they say than why they say like they will pay for review.
