I recently hired MOVEIT CARGO Packers and Movers to shift my belongings from Greater Noida to Muzaffarnagar, and it turned out to be a nightmare. Initially, I was quoted INR 8, 000 for a dedicated vehicle, but their actions proved otherwise.

False Promises: Vikas, the contact person, assured me that my items would be delivered early the next morning by 5-6 AM. However, this was a blatant lie.
Unethical Demands: They demanded INR 15, 700, far exceeding the agreed amount, and refused to deliver my items until I made the full payment. This was clear extortion.
Unprofessional Behavior: They ignored my calls, sent voice notes threatening non-delivery, and kept changing their statements. First, they claimed the service was delayed because I chose a "sharing" option (which I didn't), then cut off the conversation rudely.
Delays and Deception: Despite making the payment under pressure, they delayed the delivery further, promising it "within an hour" several times. Ultimately, my items did not even leave Greater Noida until late in the afternoon!
