Moveit Cargo Packers And Movers Complaints & Reviews

I recently hired MOVEIT CARGO Packers and Movers to shift my belongings from Greater Noida to Muzaffarnagar, and it turned out to be a nightmare. Initially, I was quoted INR 8, 000 for a dedicated vehicle, but their actions proved otherwise.

False Promises: Vikas, the contact person, assured me that my items would be delivered early the next morning by 5-6 AM. However, this was a blatant lie.
Unethical Demands: They...

Date of delivery: 11th Nove 2024
They have delivered the items after 25days
He has forced me to pay whole amount and threatened that he will not deliver if I don't pay all.
Items which got delivered were had missing items like buckets and flowerpot
Trolly bags were not wrapped, and wheels were broken. The bag's cloth was also torn
Items like bbq were broken, Glasses and cups were broken
Packaging is pathetic.
Now they are not picking up the phone.

I would like to make a complaint against Moveit Cargo Packers And Movers for harassing me and asking me to pay double amount (12150 INR) whereas, the deal was to pay 6500 INR only against the below household goods.

1. One/Single 3 seater sofa
2. One Window AC (1.5 Ton)
3. Four Plastic Chair
4. One Office Chair
5. Two Single Mattresses

Anil told that it will take around 5 days to deliver the goods and we had a deal that payment will be done after the delivery and he agreed on that.

Anil was very polite and humble initially by the time he had picked up my household goods but after the deal was done and time came to deliver the goods, he stop responding and was not picking up my phone on Friday, in the evening he picked up my phone and told that your goods are in Patna now and will be deliver by tomorrow(Saturday, 22-June-2024) by 10 to 11 AM.

Next day I waited by that time and started calling him, I called him all day, sent him WhatsApp messages but he neither picked up my phone nor replied to my messages.

Around 8 PM, he send me message on WhatsApp to make payment of 12150 INR which almost double the amount and told that this is because the goods were not delivered.

I asked that we had deal of 6500 INR only and also, the deal was to pay the amount at the time of delivery.

He then started talking unprofessional and misbehaving, he told that you have to make payment first and then goods will be deliver after 2 days.

I then, read review of this company on google and consumer complaints forum where I found the multiple victims of this company who had faced the same earlier and I also making a complaint so that strict action can be taken against this company and mentioned person.

We have searched many movers and packers and we thought of going with Moveit movers and packers since this one shared reasonable quotes. Anil shows up at our place next day and explained everything and after negotiation we concluded all inclusive 21000 rupees from noida extension to Hyderabad for a complete 3bhk all household items including 2 leds, 1 double door fridge, 2 godrej almirah, 1 wooden almirah, washing machine, gas stove, RO our clothes and everything, a lot lot of stuff. And we decided to keep it in storage for 1 month till we decide our new rented apartment in Hyderabad. He agreed for 200/day for storage. Now when we asked for final quotations after storage. He shared a bill of 95000 rupees. Our mind got stuck by seeing the bill and he is harassing us by saying he will not deliver until whole payment is made. We requested to deliver and not unload as we cant trust them any more we have already paid 11000 rupees to Anil. They are appearing fraud. We are not sure what to do now. Please advise.

This company is very fraud and misbehaving company. We talked to 50% money first given and remain will given when it will delivered.But they asked first payment after packaging.Our item is still not delivered after 5 dayz
