[Resolved]  flowersngiftonline.com — After delivering asking for Payment

Hi,

On 4th Dec, 2012 I was accessing 'flowersngiftonline.com' site for delivering order in Ratlam, M.P.But everytime I was trying do the payment the payment gateway was going down.Then I got call from the customer care that they would send me email providing direct payment link.But they did not provided any link on 4th or 5th though they collected Order details from me.As I did not get Payment details from then by 5th, I have used some other site for flower delivery.

On 6th Dec, 2012 they have send me Payment Link, and I have simply ignored that as I have done the purpose using some other site.They never communicated like without Payment also they would do the delivery, they have never confirmed the order also.And me too never imained without paymnet someone can deliver any order.

They have further contacted me on 10th Dec, asking for money and informed that order is deliered.I tols that I have not done the payment then how you can deliver the order, they did not understood and tols that they would take the money from recipient.Which I really did not wanted.And so may be now I will be forced to do the payment as I dn't want my recipient to bother.


So it's like they did not send me any Order confirmation email,without payment they are delivering the order.Which I can't imagine.And later they are creating such a bad situatin that customer are forced to pay.

They even use bad words while calling to customer for not making payment.Why I should pay, I can change my decision anytime untill am making my payment.so please do the needful for the same.

I can provide all the email communicatiins that I have had.
