I have placed an order for flowers and cakes for my wife. Order# HA[protected] on 10th Feb, 2013. The order was suppose to deliver on 14/feb/2013.
That has not reached to desired address. I am tracking this since 10/feb/2013 but there is NO response and even their phone is switched off.
I am sure they must have played with many people emotions. this is NOT good and its Crime. They are playing with people sentiments....

On 4th Dec, 2012 I was accessing 'flowersngiftonline.com' site for delivering order in Ratlam, M.P.But everytime I was trying do the payment the payment gateway was going down.Then I got call from the customer care that they would send me email providing direct payment link.But they did not provided any link on 4th or 5th though they collected Order details from me.As I did not get Payment details from then...
