Mp Jewellers — baby bangle gold discoloration

Address:17/5, ramcharan sett rd ramrajatala

Baby bangles purchased on 17.10.2017 at howrah showroom since then used occasionally but last 20days continuous use bangles become white in colour at few places. I can't understand the cause. Please help us. Required document attached.
