We have placed an order on mr jewellers barrackpore on 16th october and got the delivery of the ring with cats eye after the committed date. Even after taking the ring size, they have given a ring of 19 size where the correct size was 25. Sir i purchased jewellery worth ₹ 295000/- on 28/05/2020 fro m mp jewellers tezpur assam 784001. I checked the rate of gold at tezpur on that date and found ₹ 4500/gram. I was being charged @₹ 4747/- gram for my purchased. I complaint to incharge concern but of no avail. Above all i paid @20% as making charges and 3%gst also. Request for your kind solution....
