I have purchased a gold chain from MP Jewellers in the year 2020, nov month from Jessore road branch.My registered mobile no and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have lost the invoice copy. I need it for my personal purpose and it's very urgent.While I went to Jessore Road branch and Bidhan Sarani branch they refused to give me the invoice copy as they said they has taken by MPP jewellers and they has lost all their data base .

Please help me to re issue an invoice.

      We have placed an order on mr jewellers barrackpore on 16th october and got the delivery of the ring with cats eye after the committed date. Even after taking the ring size, they have given a ring of 19 size where the correct size was 25. While delivering the unit from srerampore store, the concerned person really forced the ring to the finger and within half an hour the finger started swelling and as the store was already closed, we had to rush to a local shop to cut the ring from the finger. While pushing we repeatedly told them that the ring is small it will not fit but they pushed so hard in the finger that later the finger actually started bleeding, its there in the picture and in the mail also. Again they took the ring and told that they will set it right and again within some days we got the call that the stone was broken and we again had to go to the barrackpore store to select another stone and repeatedly requested them to handle with care. Now yesterday we got the delivery finally from the bidhan sarani store and got the ring with broken stone. Even after showing them the broken part they repeatedly denied that and started giving lame excuses. We were so much irritated that took the ring and had to come out of the store.
      We have been harrassed like anything for the last 2 months, we are paying the amount and asking for the service, the service is so horrible of mr jewellers we cant even imagine from such a brand.
      We need the full refund and also compensation for the time they have wasted. Have attached the mail, in the fist mail we had also attached the picture of the bleeding finger which i coudnt attach here due to scope. There is a time line for wearing stone when suggested by any astrologist and that time has already crossed because fo this negligence from them.
      Request to resolve the issue and refund the full amount as on date, along with the compensation.
      We really need to get rid of mr jewellers now.
      We have not received the final bill so exact amount is still pending (Stone = 40290 + ring approx value = 39748)
      And the compensation amount need to be added now.

        Sir i purchased jewellery worth ₹ 295000/- on 28/05/2020 fro m mp jewellers tezpur assam 784001. I checked the rate of gold at tezpur on that date and found ₹ 4500/gram. I was being charged @₹ 4747/- gram for my purchased. I complaint to incharge concern but of no avail. Above all i paid @20% as making charges and 3%gst also. Request for your kind solution.

          Sir i have purchased jewellery worth ₹ 295000 from your tezpur assam branch on 28/05/2020. I checked the rate of gold/ gram was ₹ 4500/-gram at tezpur assam but i being overcharged @ 4747/-gram. I paid 20%/ gram for making charge and 3% gst charges also. Requested for kind and sympathetic consideration please.

            Baby bangles purchased on 17.10.2017 at howrah showroom since then used occasionally but last 20days continuous use bangles become white in colour at few places. I can't understand the cause. Please help us. Required document attached.

              My mother had bought a golden ayesto (Bangle) on 25th october, 2019 on dhanteres from your showroom in dibrugarh, assam. It broke off as manufacturing was not upto mark and then they fixed it. Again it broke off in january and now they have again told me that they will repair it. I am asking them for a complete refund but they are saying that they wont refund the labour charges. I feel cheated as a customer as i have had to face harassment twice over the same issue. The quality of the product and services hasn't been upto the mark. Kindly provide me the full refund in exchange of the product.

                Have placed an order for a silver bracelet with mp jewellers on 29 dec-17. The jeweller told me that the same will be delivered in 10-15 days. Today on 1st feb when inquired he is talking very rudely saying it cannot be done and i can come & collect my money. They were not at all listening to customer and were instigating anger in the customer so that at the end of the conversation they get agitated and ignore the care there itself. The person who did that to me was named inder and claimed to be the owner

                  We had purchased a necklace set including earrings in the year 2016 from the reputed m p jewellers (Assam). Before also we used to buy jewellery from that same jewellery. It was unused and due to some reason, next year i. E 2017 october, we have decided to exchange it. And went to the shop for exchange and we accordingly exchanged the set with a new one. N ofcource we were aware of the fact of paying xtra making charges for the new one and...

                  I had purchased a gold and diamond studded chain on 03/02/2017. It was broken and when i enquired at tge counter, and asked for a complain cell, they denied stating that tgey donot have a complain cell. I searched myself from the website and found that there was no proper response. The front staff rudely behaved and just gave false excuses. The counter staff was very rude and such behaviour is never expected. M a regular purchaser of jewellwry and will never encourage anyone to buy it. Very bad experience.

                  I am facing one issue at Ring repair time with PC Jewelers because they have long time process .
                  I had purchased a finger ring at you shop located at Tezpur, Assam. But within 2 days the ring colour became fade. When I went to the shop no one will properly responded and they tried to fool us.They had collected my ring and returned to me after polishing but with a lesser weight. Actuall weight is 3.52 and after polishing weight becomes 3.50

My query is i did already all family with captured my photo graph in ballygunge kolkata and he told me that u can get your esic card within 3 month but till now i have not receive my esic card. K


                    So i hardly request u that kindly confirm that where is my esic card and when i get my card.
